Hotel was clean and well presented Staff was friendly and welcoming

The ambience of the hotel was fantastic. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Starting from the check in until check out everything was so hassle free n comfy.

Rooms were good except ventilation. Poorly ventilated. No windows. Hot bathing water was not available. No Wifi.

The manager and the staff are very impolite. They misbehave with the guests. The manager named Shahil was very rude and totally not worth being in this job. Please remove him if you want to achieve regular customers.

This property is not safe to live in. The staff are uneducated and do not know how to communicate properly. Please be cautious before visiting. The quality is poor, and I strongly advise against visiting.
