Restaurant not operating, breakfast option only Paratha and sandwich...faced severe issues on billing while checking out, wasn't given the bill even when checked out at 9am. When the bill was given after two days of checkout after several reminders,, the bill wasn't matching with the payment made. Was asked to contact Fab hotels customer care for resolution wasting my time... Overall pathetic, not recommended at all"

    "Почему удаляете отзывы????!! Why are you deleting comments? This is a terrible hotel. When I first entered the room, Pen had a dirty toilet, there were stains and hair on the bed linen. The floors were dirty too. I went to the reception. They changed my bed linen, but it was still stained and hairy. The toilet was cleaner, but the floors were so dirty all over the room. I was promised to change the room, but no one did it. I fell asleep because I was very tired at night after the road. When I woke up in the morning, I needed to wash up, but there was no hot water. When I went to the reception, they told me to wait 4 minutes. 15 minutes later, a bucket of hot water was brought to me. I do not recommend this hotel. I couldn't sleep properly because there is no normal sound insulation, people were talking very loudly at the reception all night"

    "Worst experience booking thru Fab Hotel firstly i did a booking thru Mr Nites Fab Executive the price which i booked hotel offered by Mr Nitesh tariff is with breakfast.When i reached hotel hotel manager denied to provide to room at that price after some mails and disscussion with Fab team they offered me room after 20 min waiting. In morning they denied to given bfast complimentary which is included in my tarrif. My suggestion do not use Fab hotel"

    "Had the most pathetic experience. I and my husband booked a deluxe room. We arrived at around 11 at night and the room was not ready. There were random guys roaming around and a few were smoking hookah right at the entrance next to the reception. The receptionist was drunk and super disrespectful and then arrived another guy who was drunk as well. He started blaming us for arriving late and not calling before our arrival. What kind of customer service is this!! The entire scene was terrifying and super disturbing. The guy checked us in and gave us the room. I and my husband felt very very unsafe and I tried calling the fabhotel customer service explaining how shady the entire place was, requested them to either cancel the booking or transfer to another fabhotel which is safer. The customer rep was very disrespectful as well and didn't offer any support or help. It was around 12 and we left the hotel. Since we did online booking, we paid around 5K for 2 nights and didn't avail any service. The room was very very dirty, there was loud music playing in another room and the entire place gave an unsafe, pathetic vibe. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and neither do I recommend any of the fab hotels in Ludhiana or any other city. Safety is most important and this place offers nothing closer to that."
