"I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience at your partner property, Hotel Impact, located at C.P. 160, Viraj Khand-4, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, 226010. I had a confirmed booking for 27th December 2024, under the name Dileep Verma, with Booking ID WQGTE8. However, upon arrival, I was denied check-in by the hotel staff. To make matters worse, they demanded an additional payment for the booking despite my confirmed reservation and prior payment through your platform. This behavior is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I trust Fab Hotels to ensure smooth and hassle-free stays, but this incident has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I request your immediate action on the following: 1. An explanation for the denial of check-in and the demand for additional payment. 2. A full refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. 3. Assurance that strict measures will be taken to address such unethical practices by your partner hotels. Please find attached a copy of my booking confirmation for your reference. I urge you to resolve this issue at the earliest and restore my trust in Fab Hotels."

"I've booked the stay for one night on Booking.com where it costs 1,173 for 2 adults for one night. While check-in the receptionist forced us to pay 300/- for rooms. While we asked about it, he didn't even give a proper clarification and just said "this is what the rate is if you want to stay. You can otherwise please leave". This is the statement given by him. Also, we had no options since the location was so longer than expected and also it was around 1 Am while we checked-in. Please avoid booking and choosing this hotel at Lucknow!"

"The room was so tiny. It hardly had any walking space. Surely all the good ratings are fake. Also we booked the hotel at a cheap price but when we reached there they cancelled the booking. And charged extra. I even called the property beforehand but they didn't confirm anything properly."

"The staff made me call fabhotels customer service and ask them to increase the fare by ₹200. The behaviour of the staff is extremely awful. Their rooms are actually great. Neat and clean, affordable. I planned to give a nice review to the owner while checking out, but it seems they have the regular and cheap tourist place guest house caretaker attitude. They asked me to rate them 5 stars here, otherwise they will charge me ₹30 more for the complimentary bisleri water bottle! Dirt cheap tactics!"

". Booked through "Fab Express Hotels" worst and horrible experience in my life cheat in badly and not resolved the problem till checkout the rooms. Tea or Breakfast not available upto 10.00 am. no call recieving from reception staff sleeping front od reception upto 9.00 am wet towel provided every time, dirty floors, stinking in rooms, damage main door, drainage in bathroom choke, many more complaints are there... you can check in pics. happened at ground floor."

The room I was given had an AC issue, and despite multiple requests over 8 hours and several follow-ups, it was not fixed until after 9 PM when I was finally given a different room. The staff's attitude was indifferent and unprofessional throughout the ordeal."

"The rooms are decently furnished with centralized AC, but the pillow covers are old and have an unpleasant odor, as if they haven't been washed in a long time. The washroom also has a drain-like smell, and the food is average. Also, they denied checkin on lowest online rates and we had to pay more. Location is also poor with slums nearby."

"I can tell you that most of the 5 star reviews you see here are fake since they all mention front staff. Their front staff is horrible. They don’t care at all. I did my booking online and when I reached there they just told me they can’t give me the room because I booked it on a discounted price online. They told me either I pay the full price or I find some other hotel. Very less cooperative and very rude behaviour. The location of the place is also a trouble. There’s no market close by and it’s out at nowhere. I’ve travelled to Lucknow for the first time and had worst hospitality experience of my life."

"This is the issue regarding my booking @ fab hotel impact as i went there they denied me to provide the room as the say said no room is available but i maid my booking confirmed 1 month before when i reach at the hotel they denied me by saying that no room is vacant they sell their rooms in higher price to the customer they denied me and dont provide me the room. They are saying false that they provide me the room . As i have mentioned earlier that i paid my booking partial and making confirm even then also they have not provided me the room . They were saying me to stay at very poor class hotel at same price very bad hotel even no ac were working they does not provided me the room . And i have to stay at other hotel and i paid there even i made booking 1 month earlier . Only issue is that kindly provide me the money which i paid partially to make my booking confirm. They are saying wrong that they provided me the room. Totallly bad response from fab . I did not except this from fab hotel. Employee at fab hotel impact were selling room at very higher price in black to other guest. And guest who made booking earlier they denied to provide them a room . Kindly refund my money back which i paid it to make my booking confirm.."

"The good: Checkin was smooth as hotel already had details from FabHotels. The bad: 1. Stained linens - both bedsheet and blanket covers. Even the replacement were stained. The 3rd set took some time, as they were less stained I made an 'adjustment' 2. The room was not cleaned. A lays wrapper slipped out from under bed when I switched on the fan. There was also bindis lying on floor. 3. Minor thing - the electricity cut off card system was not functional. Even cheaper lodges have them now though. The Ugly: 1. Lot (I mean a lot) of mosquitoes coming at regular intervals from nowhere. I was hunting and clapping all the time."

"Not worth it, worst service i have seen in my life.... Staff busy own conversation in front desk. This is not professional anymore. I want to stay more , first they confirm we can stay on a next day after 15 minutes, they said dont have . You have to leave know. What kind of service Fab provide to customer. I know Fab very well about his services, but i dont why you guys are not strict this kind of hotels. I will make sure next time me and my group(architecture and interior industry). Not going to book any kind of service from fab. Uneducated staff, most of them dont know to talk . I think 12 th fail people are handling."

"The exhaust was not working and they did not bother to get it fixed. The lady at reception Miss Anam was very should and shouted on me and banged up the phone when I asked about getting my room cleaned. Her answer was if the hotel staff did not do then it’s not my fault. I called again and she hanged up again stating she has other works to do. I paid to stay at the hotel , did not stayed for free. Request the owner of the property to please do something with Miss Anam, she is the face of your hotel and her rude and arrogant attitude will only spoil the reviews of such a nice hotel."

"I wish i can give zero star. Booked two rooms for three adults however mistakenly selected 2 adults, it is clearly mentioned that each room has capacity of two adults and 2 kids under age of 5 years as long as share same bed. However, reception person rudely talk to my parents who were kept standing for almost an hour. They also charged 700 for extra bedding for each rooms. This is worst experience ever, they don’t have basic etiquettes to be in hotel and service industry."

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
