Very Well maintained Hotel, Location of the Hotel is quite good and room is well Maintained and Really Nice

Good hotel, location is also good. Staffs are very polite and helpful.

Room shown in pictures were not as clean as shown in booking.com pictures. One centipede(insect)was roaming, had to be killed. Room service, and staff were good

The Fabhotels brand is over l guess. The hotel was Average. But the room wasn't like the pictures shared to me by the Fabhotels agent. Infact there was no standard amenities like kettle. Earlier they use to give soap kit and dental kit labelled Fabhotels now it's nothing. Some regular substandard soap and shampoo like clinic plus. I think Fabhotels in expanding their business have started accompanying regular hotels and my guess is they don't even visit the location to verify the rooms in the hotel. I'm guessing it since l haven't heard from the booking agent about my concerns. Forget any compensation l haven't even got a apology in response of my disappointing experience.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I could give this place zero stars because it doesn't even deserve one. Staying here was the worst decision ever! • Filthy Rooms: The pillows were disgustingly dirty and smelled awful. Clearly, they haven't been washed in ages! • No Cleaning: Housekeeping is nonexistent. The entire place was dusty, smelly, and completely unhygienic. • Cockroach Infestation: Yes, cockroaches in the room! If that doesn’t scream unlivable, I don’t know what does. • Disgusting Staff: The staff members looked just as dirty as the place itself. Unprofessional and completely indifferent to guest complaints. • No Proper AC: The AC barely worked, making the room hot and suffocating. With zero ventilation, it felt like a sauna. • No Maintenance: Everything was falling apart, from the bathroom fittings to the walls. Clearly, no one cares about upkeep. • No Essentials: No towels, no soap, nothing! They don’t even bother to provide the bare minimum for guests. • Not Safe for Families: I wouldn’t bring my worst enemy here, let alone my family. It’s simply unfit for human stay. Save yourself from this nightmare and stay far, far away!

Hopelessly terrible hotel, unclean bedsheets unclean pillow covers, bathrooms were not cleaned. All the switchboards were broken. Staff was reckless terrible attitude. I would never recommend anyone this hotel. The hotel stinked with pee smell and the room were very very stinky. Since I had booked in prior I couldn't do anything because I was with my mom somehow we managed and ran from there. The hotel staff is very scary they roam in the corridors at night and make noise.

We two families stayed on 19th and 21st feb, Horrible experience, Rooms stinks, corridor lights are on always and no curtain to the windows hence bright light falls in the room and couldn't sleep, No cloth rods nor soap case in bathrooms, water leaking from flush tank, geysers was not working, Need to ask for soap, water towels. . Will not recommended for anyone

Trust me it scam hotel they will ask for an advance payment if you do it ur money is gone .. so be careful .. don't do any online payment ..also the reception guy will gave you this own number for the payment.. hope the management of the hotel will kick him out.. so be careful .. and after all this they don't apologize they are trying to put the blame on the guest .. as you all know the trend of hospitality special they scamer hotel if the knw they are wrong they will do any thing to hide this . I never stayed such bad hotel in my life. Bathroom was horrible. Water is flowing from basin, very dirty potty pan, no proper water drainage system inside bathroom. Only room size is big. Dirty pillow, dirty bed sheets. I will not recommend this hotel

Pathetic service. If you want to spoil your vacation, stay & planning then go with this. I did advance booking and payment in FabHotel Aone Inn for 3 to 4 Feb for my parents to stay overnight so that they can catch flight from Amausi Airport. When they reached hotel then they were asked to leave as all the rooms are sold out and were asked to talk to customer care only. I was in different city and had to call customer care multiple times, they were assuring me that they discussed with hotel manager and they are arranging room but it was not like that. After few attempts to customer care call, one guy finally managed to confirm the stay there and then only hotel owner gave one room to my parents. Except that customer care representative no one helped me and my parents were waiting all the time for room. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to choose their any service.
