"I've booked the stay for one night on Booking.com where it costs 1,173 for 2 adults for one night. While check-in the receptionist forced us to pay 300/- for rooms. While we asked about it, he didn't even give a proper clarification and just said "this is what the rate is if you want to stay. You can otherwise please leave". This is the statement given by him. Also, we had no options since the location was so longer than expected and also it was around 1 Am while we checked-in. Please avoid booking and choosing this hotel at Lucknow!"

"The room was so tiny. It hardly had any walking space. Surely all the good ratings are fake. Also we booked the hotel at a cheap price but when we reached there they cancelled the booking. And charged extra. I even called the property beforehand but they didn't confirm anything properly."

"The staff made me call fabhotels customer service and ask them to increase the fare by ₹200. The behaviour of the staff is extremely awful. Their rooms are actually great. Neat and clean, affordable. I planned to give a nice review to the owner while checking out, but it seems they have the regular and cheap tourist place guest house caretaker attitude. They asked me to rate them 5 stars here, otherwise they will charge me ₹30 more for the complimentary bisleri water bottle! Dirt cheap tactics!"

". Booked through "Fab Express Hotels" worst and horrible experience in my life cheat in badly and not resolved the problem till checkout the rooms. Tea or Breakfast not available upto 10.00 am. no call recieving from reception staff sleeping front od reception upto 9.00 am wet towel provided every time, dirty floors, stinking in rooms, damage main door, drainage in bathroom choke, many more complaints are there... you can check in pics. happened at ground floor."

The room I was given had an AC issue, and despite multiple requests over 8 hours and several follow-ups, it was not fixed until after 9 PM when I was finally given a different room. The staff's attitude was indifferent and unprofessional throughout the ordeal."

"The rooms are decently furnished with centralized AC, but the pillow covers are old and have an unpleasant odor, as if they haven't been washed in a long time. The washroom also has a drain-like smell, and the food is average. Also, they denied checkin on lowest online rates and we had to pay more. Location is also poor with slums nearby."

"I can tell you that most of the 5 star reviews you see here are fake since they all mention front staff. Their front staff is horrible. They don’t care at all. I did my booking online and when I reached there they just told me they can’t give me the room because I booked it on a discounted price online. They told me either I pay the full price or I find some other hotel. Very less cooperative and very rude behaviour. The location of the place is also a trouble. There’s no market close by and it’s out at nowhere. I’ve travelled to Lucknow for the first time and had worst hospitality experience of my life."

"I was fumbled with the experience I got from the hotel. - The bedroom, Washroom, Beds and Blankets were completely unclean. - Toilet flush was not working and no water in the toilet - AC was merely present and I was able to turn ON it, but no cooling. Lucknow was already burning outside because of heatwave and AC not working, cannot think of such. - Wifi was not even present. - There was no proper work table / chair present - The property has got rating 8.2/10 online, but not even work for 1/10. - If we saw how they maintained the bed, we would not be able to stay there for 1 hour. - I booked for 4 nights and checked out 2 hours after the check in. I have not the ability to stay there. I was losing my peace of mind, every minute I stayed there. - Atlast, I bore the loss and I checked out without a penny of refund, as they pointed out that once checkin was done, refund is not possible. - I tried to arrive at a nominal solution that I could bear 1 nights charge, bit was never agreed - This exposes the fraud mindset of the hotel receptionist/management."
