I had a wonderful 3-day stay at FabHotel Raj Palace The overall experience was fantastic, with exceptional staff services that made me feel truly welcomed. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a great start to my day. However, I would suggest adding a few more items to the breakfast menu for more variety. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I look forward to visiting again!
Can't say if I really felt anything bad. My experience was superb. Awesome food and very quick room service. Everything was too good. Staff was very supportive and cooperative.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience at your partner property, Hotel Impact, located at C.P. 160, Viraj Khand-4, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, 226010. I had a confirmed booking for 27th December 2024, under the name Dileep Verma, with Booking ID WQGTE8. However, upon arrival, I was denied check-in by the hotel staff. To make matters worse, they demanded an additional payment for the booking despite my confirmed reservation and prior payment through your platform. This behavior is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I trust Fab Hotels to ensure smooth and hassle-free stays, but this incident has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I request your immediate action on the following: 1. An explanation for the denial of check-in and the demand for additional payment. 2. A full refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. 3. Assurance that strict measures will be taken to address such unethical practices by your partner hotels. Please find attached a copy of my booking confirmation for your reference. I urge you to resolve this issue at the earliest and restore my trust in Fab Hotels.
