The sheets were dirty. We had to get it changed, it was a bit better but still below standard for any decent hotel. I didn't get a pillow on my bed. The boys were very prompt and very helpful. I had an emergency to go to a pharmacy, and they promptly took me to one at midnight. Very polite

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Trust me it scam hotel they will ask for an advance payment if you do it ur money is gone .. so be careful .. don't do any online payment ..also the reception guy will gave you this own number for the payment.. hope the management of the hotel will kick him out.. so be careful .. and after all this they don't apologize they are trying to put the blame on the guest .. as you all know the trend of hospitality special they scamer hotel if the knw they are wrong they will do any thing to hide this .
