3 GoodIt was horrible experience initially when i arrived in hotel.. the hotel in charge refused my admission inspite of booking done four months prior and making full payment in advance. the reason he stated is my booking not informed by fab hotels. this was utter shock as i spoke to the hotel fellow two days prior to my arrival just to confirm my reservation and he confirmed the same on phone. after nearly waiting for 30mins and arguing with both the parties, he allotted me the room. the room service was also not up to the mark. due to lack of communication between fab and hotel in charge or otherwise, it was bad experience on arrival after tiresome journey of 24 hours.Jayshil Marfatia, 19 Oct

3 GoodVery average stay. lenin was not clean and was changed on request. can't call bread and tea the breakfast - please make it clear on your sites to manage expectations. basic utilities such as dental kit was not available. paid food was good though. overall, very average stay with no wow moment at all. thank you.Bhupesh, 10 Mar

3 GoodRooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.Puneet Nayyar, 15 Jul
