Very good experience. Early check-in at extra cost is company policy. Clean rooms and property. Parking at site available. Food is good in quantity and quality.

location ok.. entrance ok.. wash rooms need repair ..8 swicthes but one light only in centre not at mirror . insisted on complimentary 1 ltr water bottle but was charged for it

Even after mentioning 2 adults and 1 child, they were initially denying to offer breakfast for the child. After showing voucher they allowed for the BF. And for BF they have only paratha and tea to offer and nothing else. Their menu is quite costly. Washroom didn’t have hand towel or toilet papers.

This a fraud hotel. I booked my stay from FabHotels site which i recieved confirmation on mail. Upon my arrival i showed them my booking reference and they unprofessionally denied us admission stating they don't have any booking on this name. It was very unprofessional on their side. Please don't book this hotel for future visits.

Not a single star far this stay. Very pathetic condition of rooms and their service. No hygiene in the room. Will never recommend it. Dont book hotels online without seeing the property. They will show you luxurious pic but in reality, these are like hell. Ciggeratte smell all over the floor. You cant live with ur children with that odour. Washroom dirtiest, i have ever seen.

DID NOT MENTION THAT THEY DO NOT ALLOW FOREIGN VISTORS. We were refused our rooms at 4am due to not having Indian ID as we are NRI, this had been not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. We were told to go find another hotel in the middle of the night. We requested that we provide verification a few hours later but the staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Terrible experience.

1) Room cleaning very bad. 2) Bedsheets are dirty 3) Small instant geyser for hot water was not working in most of rooms and with small geyser you can't take bath. 4) Entry to hotel is worst. No ramp facility. 5) No room service boys are available 6) only one small single lift available for 3 floor building. 7) No restaurant facility. Worst rooms. We booked 13 rooms thinking that Fab hotels are having good hotels tie up . But we ended in worst hotel's. Next time now we may not book through FAB hotel. Thank you for worst services.

Worst experience at Fab impact hotel, Lucknow Location - very remote No restaurant at the hotel . They don't provide a kettle in the room also. No restaurants nearby as it is in a remote location Room service - pathetic They don't provide towels, pillows and toiletries We had to use our own towels and manage without pillows The person at room service refuses right away when we ask The worst experience I have ever had in any hotel
