Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. could not have been more helpful. excellent rooms which were very spacious. great housekeeping. outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & bustle of city.

Room was infested with cockroaches and there visible dampness all over the walls. wires were coming out of switch board.

The worst hotel stay ever. the staff is rude , the tall thin guy named sunny and the owner did not have manners to speak, they gave us one room where the ac did not work, shifted to another where there were separate beds, even after booking the room they did not manage to keep a room ready when we checked in, had already informed that we will be checking in late and they blame us for checkin late. and finally they gave us a room which was not at all like the pictures. average room condition with high price. rooms and pillows had a bad smell.cupboard was not at all in the condition to keep anything. experience is worst i’ve ever had. would not recommend this hotel to anyone. the only good thing is the location, its near to railway station.
