"Trip - Business. Solo Behaviour:5/5 Location: 5/5 Room-⅗ Food- ⅕ Hygiene-3/5 Washroom : water leaking issue but yet clean. Not so in good condition. Bed - good to sleep. Food— Too expensive. Here , I will go with details : For Food- On Friday (25 Oct 2024) , I consume Jain food and also No tomatoes should be cooked. Here I order steam rice with hot milk, 3 pieces of boiled potato and 2 green chili. For Steam Rice - 30₹ , Hot milk which they provided in a glass of 30₹, 3 pieces of potato- in between 30-50₹. Total - 100₹ . Where, Rice was under cooked. Now, My ques is, "Nobody charges for individual items in food. If charging for it has to be a minimum where you weren’t clear on how to charge on individual items. Milk packets are around 24-30₹. I repeat my words MILK PACKET but you have charged for a small glass of milk for 30₹. Also, for this item, 100₹ is worthless, it should be lesser. Note: Whoever considers this hotel, make sure you order your food from outside. Swiggy & Zomato will give some good range with more quantity. Location- My office is in Ecospace, so it’s in good shape. 5/5 for location."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"I was sceptical about this hotel at first. But I was surprised by the services I was provided with. Mr Prasenjit the owner is very nice person and accommodates all the requests you have any helps in every possible way that he can. The staff were polite, room was kept neatly and you will have your privacy. The food was a big issue for me as I was basically from southern part of India. But to my surprise, the food was decent and some simple dishes even were excellent. For the price I paid, this was one of the amazing stays that I have experienced. Thank you!"

"When I entered in room there is no towel present and in bathroom there is no handwash, soap or shampoo present. When i try to call reception for missing things they are not receiving my call at the end i have to go using stairs because lift was not working. The receptionist told me that they will provide all missing thing within 10 minutes unfortunately 2 hours gone no response, again i have to go receptionist told them to provide at least towel and handwash because i need this thing they told me that they forgot. Very terrible experience happen ever in this hotel."

"Good place to stay away from the ever hassling new market or Marquise street. Though both are nearly 20 minutes of moderate speedway far from this hotel. The staff are helpful. One of the cons is that they lack a few commodities like sandals, hand wash, tooth brush or pest etc. Recommended!"

"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE I booked via Fabhotel where the person assured me there would be no problems at check in after I paid and booked. Upon reaching, they say they are overbooked and we need to go to a different hotel. Upon reaching that hotel, which is much shadier, we find an under construction hotel. None of the rooms are proper. We had to argue with the person at the reception to even get a proper room. Complete waste of money and time."

"The rooms were very basic. No amenities like bathroom floor mat, hand towel, hand washing soap, toilet paper were available. We took the option of complementary breakfast. We got half filled glass of juice along with half cooked Maggie. The coffee served was awful. At night you could hear the people walking through the hallway. The AC was making a lot of noise when turned on. The sofa cum chair was very dirty and had some stains on it. If you looked out of your window, you could see people bathing right infront. The location was good. Staff were well behaved. Overall an ok type of stay. At the reception, they ask for marriage certificate for checkin. I have checked into so many hotels with my wife and this was the first time had a reception guy asking for a marriage certificate for checkin. Although he agreed to allow us in when we showed him our marriage pic."

"Bed sheets were not clean and were torn,Rooms had multiple cockroaches, our room was changed based on images provided, same issue faced with other rooms. We had book the hotel for 7 nights but had to vacate in 4 days due to health hazard and as no proper resolution. Hotel staff not cooperative.We are still awaiting response from hotel as they have not issued refund for 3 days we did not stay at the hotel.I was with my senior citizen parents and the trip is spoiled."

"The location of the hotel is good, but the management staff charged an extra Rs. 1500/- to accommodate my son, claiming his name was not showing in their system, despite me providing the confirmation letter. Additionally, I had booked two rooms, but they only provided a single room with a capacity for four adults for the first two days. On the third day, they asked us to shift to another room. The worst experience occurred on the third night when a group of 10-12 young boys and girls stayed in the room I had previously occupied. They were loud throughout the night, held a liquor party, and used offensive language. I requested the management staff twice to handle the situation, but nothing was done, and my family and I could not sleep at all. Finally, we decided to leave the hotel at 4:30 AM. This was a horrible experience, and I strongly advise others not to book this hotel. Apart from the location, nothing about the stay was pleasant."

"Situated at a 10 mins walk from DLF 1 bus stand, this place has staff with good behaviour and clean rooms. It is the best you can expect below 1000 bucks. Food prices are costly so better to arrange your own food. You can order on swiggy Zomato or may find a place to eat. You won't find anything much around this place only surrounded by apartments with no shops almost. If you are living here for work purpose it is good"
