Room service & cleanining wise they were quick and excellent...and a lot of smiling faces around us

The staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as they could .

1) When logged in they asked us to pay extra 2) We requested them to give the same room beforehand to change the dress after coming back from interview and they agreed and we kept our luggages there. But when we returned they gave us a dirty room to change(fyi we reached before 11:20 and check in for next day starts at 12) 3) Charged 30 per water bottle, it is not complimentary and they won't tell you that, usually one or two bottles are complimentary in every hotels per day. Per bottle costs only 15 and they charged 30 for one. 4) You will be able to access Wifi for sometime then they turn it off and you have to use your data.

It is very close to bellur math, Kolkata. Rooms are small. Bathroom water from basin outlet near the bathroom door. Gets clogged. Food service is good. They give RO water in used water bottle as complimentary water in rooms. Felt disgusted.

Room was Ok but not clean at all...washroom was specious but not maintained.....Property is made well but not taken care by the staff....we have to ask for even water bottle and towel....staff is not proactive...lenan weals dirty and I told 3 times to change it...no doormat in the room....

Room are ok but there is no towel no water bottle no toiletries no tea and coffee no early check-in no late check out , we are paying 800 rupees extra for 4 hour early check-in, very disappointing hotel , we never recommended and also this is not 3 star hotel...

Not Worth the Price 1/5 stars I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, but it turned out to be a costly mistake. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was a nightmare. The bath tub was old and dirty, and the bathroom fittings were rusty and outdated. Given the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and amenities. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver. Would not recommend.

I made the mistake of booking this hotel last March. The location is horrible, the amenities are nonexistent, and the staff are minimally responsive. The hotel abuts a basti that is infinitely more interesting and welcoming than the hotel. Yes, you get what you pay for, but with this hotel, you don’t even get that. It is dirty and depressing. On a positive note, the elevator guy was pretty nice. But it would be best to avoid this place. I would also recommend spending a little bit more for security and comfort.

Room is small as compare to the photos displayed in the Fab hotel app as well as online and also very dirty room, floor and bathroom as well. Bedsheet seems like never washed just cleaned casually for the next Arrival, don't prefer it if coming with the family charged 2k+ for a Rs.1000 room and loud music sound coming from outside despite the fact that windows were closed.

Worst experience with Fabhotel booking got stucked and trusted apperance but after checking in to hotel realized it's not good. Here are the key points describing our disappointing hotel experience:( compromise hygiene, location, food, charges) Poor Service 1. Disorganized and unresponsive staff 2. Delayed room service and unhelpful front desk staff 3. Lack of concern for customer satisfaction Uncomfortable Rooms 1. Uncomfortable beds with lumpy mattresses or worn-out pillows 2. Poor room cleanliness 3. Subpar room maintenance Lack of Compromise 1. Management unwilling to make concessions or apologies 2. No effort to resolve issues or improve customer experience Overall Experience 1. Disappointing stay due to poor service and uncomfortable rooms 2. Would not recommend the hotel to others 3. Alternative options should be considered until hotel addresses issues
