Staff were absolutely amazing here. So helpful and friendly at all times. Room was very comfortable.Wish we could have stayed here longer. Loved it

I stayed here for 3 nights, room were very good, specious, clean and service was good. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. Property has in-house restaurant where you can enjoy good food. Breakfast option is limited, it would be great if we get more option for Breakfast.

The room was extremely dirty; full of cobwebs, someone had cut their nail on the headboard and it was still there; dusty, dirty chairs and windows. The washroom's jet spray barely worked, towel had huge horrible stains all over. The toilet was uncleaned and yellow stained like a public toilet. The AC remote did not work, there was no tv or phone to call reception. No packeged water was provided. After asking for water, two unsealed bottles were given.

In the middle of night, I booked another hotel and then checked out next morning. The staff is not responsive, towels are not clean, and rooms are not maintained at all. I had booked a room for 2 guests but when I asked for another towel, they said as per our policy we give only one towel per room. I said, alright give me an extra towel early next morning as I have an official work, response is we cannot give any more towels until 10 AM. The level of difficulty and stress I had to endure in this trip, I cannot explain that. Such a bad response from the management. How does Fab hotel not focus on all these things. I had to pay a huge amount for another hotel.

Bad smell from room. Breakfast is terrible. I don't understand why they add 200 for breakfast. It even not worth for 30 rs. They also charge 350 extra for room. I want my 350 and my breakfast amount refunded back to me.
