Beds were good. Staffs were very courteous.

Everything was good but the room was so small and not a single window was present at the room. Deluxe rooms don't define this type of variety.

Staff is very humble and helpful. It was indeed one of the best properties I have stayed in.

Hotel drawers were not cleaned.their was food leftover inside.hotel staff and management was worst.they asked for 600 for extra bed when 500 was told on call.then the checkout timing they didn't even allowed for 10 min extra in room.

Check in procedure was awful, had to wait more than one hour to get a room after completing all the formalities. The shower was not working, the wash basin of the toilet was a joke, no water was coming from the tap.
