Attentive, friendly , helpful staff . Food are very tasty. Specially chinese food. Convenient location. Comfortable stay . In a word great stay .

Neat and clean room, very close to acropolis mall. Staff behavior very good. Over all very nice.

Poor service. AC was delibrate kept off. It was made on only after second remimder. Better service is available in same location with lower price. Not advisable to book this Hotel.

If you want to eat something then you will have to order it from outside like Zomato. Don't these people help you in this ??

Don't be deceived by online ratings and attractive photos. The room was in terrible condition, with a strong, unpleasant odor, a damaged ceiling, and dirty bedsheets and pillows. It was so bad that I felt nauseated during my stay. I had booked the room for two days, paying nearly ₹2,000 per day. However, on the first day, they claimed there was no water in the room and shifted me to another hotel, which I later found online for just ₹1,000 per dayand also 5km away . Despite this, they didn't refund the difference. The only reason I stayed was because the staff was polite and supportive. But honestly, it felt like a scam.

It’s the worst out there. They play loud music all the time, there’s some nightclub advice which makes the room vibrate all the time at night. The reception is useless. Entire hotel has shitty room. I hated staying with you. Also noooo lake view

3rd class is good for this hotel. It deserve worst than that. No service no cleanliness is there. By default we booked room for 3 days in advance otherwise we can't stay there. Even fab group also looks on that it books on there name.

Pathetic in services, food and Hospitality. Worthless for even 1000/ per night. You should try it only if you like hospitality nightmare. Also have no respect for yourself. Over all it’s the last hotel I would like to stay or to recommend anyone.

Horrible Experience with the Hotel, and to make matters worse Fab Hotels hasn’t even sent me the invoice copy Inspite of multiple follow ups. Definitely would not recommend.
