I have come for an exam. It was a fabulous stay. Recommended.
Undoubtedly a great place to stay.....cool, calm and peaceful....go for it
Room - okay, but not proper cleaning was done. Fan - always runs full speed. Regulator not working. Mosquito - very difficult to have safe sleep with mosquitoes around whole night. AC - available Service - I don't think any service was available. Front desk - took lot of time to convince the front desk that I have booked online and made 30 pcnt already. Always mentioned I paid to Fab only and not to the property. I didn't get payment receipt for my stay. Here too they mentioned, as I booked through Fab only they will send the receipt. There were other issues too. It looked to me like completely chaotic. No professional approach. Which is mostly common across eco hotels in Kolkata. Every time it beats my own record of feeling cheated and disappointed.
when we requested a new bedsheet, he casually said he would check if any extra ones were available, and if not, we would have no choice but to sleep on the dirty bed. Eventually, he brought another bedsheet, but that too was stained. When we pointed it out, he told us, White bedsheets will not always remain white, implying that we shouldnt expect cleanliness. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, as if we were staying free of cost. The entire experience was stressful, especially considering the importance of the next day for my wife. This is not the kind of service Ive ever experienced at Fab Hotels before. Very disappointing and disheartening.
Staff behaviour was so bad and thard class, they are not have any manners how to take, don't go in this hotel.
This type of horrible I have not seen my entire journey and hotel staff and reception very rude and unbehaviour
Very bad experience and unexpected behaviour or reception person
Worst Hotel, worst service, room is very unhygienic, it stinks, staff is worst a row house made in hotel. Absolutely not upto mark. Full of mosquitoes and furniture broken....bad and worst experience....not recommended at all
"Absolutely Disgusting – Cockroaches and Filth Galore!" I can honestly say that my stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a musty, damp smell that made me want to turn around and leave. But things only got worse from there. The room was filthy. The carpet was stained and sticky, the sheets had questionable spots, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Mold was growing in the corners of the shower, and the towels had a weird, sour smell to them. I couldn’t even bring myself to use them. But the absolute breaking point was when I saw a cockroach scurrying across the floor. And not just one – over the course of my stay, I spotted at least three more. They were crawling near the bed, in the bathroom, and even on the nightstand. I couldn’t sleep at all, knowing those disgusting creatures were sharing the room with me. To make matters worse, when I complained to the front desk, they barely seemed to care. They offered to move me to another room, but after seeing the state of the first one, I had no confidence that the next would be any better. The staff was dismissive and unapologetic, which just added insult to injury. I ended up cutting my stay short and booking a room elsewhere. This place is a health hazard, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs. Cockroaches, filth, and terrible service – what more could you ask for?
Worst experience we had a booking for wedding they insulted all the guests over charged for everything never book this hotel they are really very bad and don't respect .we have to feel ashamed infront of guest due to them . asking money to each and every guest for rooms extra bed . already convey in advance whatever charges will be there we are going to pay they really don't deserve to be in hospitality and hotel service they first need to learn how to address guest.
