"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE I booked via Fabhotel where the person assured me there would be no problems at check in after I paid and booked. Upon reaching, they say they are overbooked and we need to go to a different hotel. Upon reaching that hotel, which is much shadier, we find an under construction hotel. None of the rooms are proper. We had to argue with the person at the reception to even get a proper room. Complete waste of money and time."

We had book the hotel for 7 nights but had to vacate in 4 days due to health hazard and as no proper resolution. Hotel staff not cooperative.We are still awaiting response from hotel as they have not issued refund for 3 days we did not stay at the hotel.I was with my senior citizen parents and the trip is spoiled."
