I was traveling alone and was planning to rest for 10 hours before I took the bus from gate no 1. So it was convenient for me to take this hotel. It is a very cheap hotel, so We can't expect premium service. The room and washroom was big but not clean. The bed linen was also not clean. At night vehicle sound created a nuisance. They had AC which helped. For travellers:- don't visit with family, solo you can. For owners: - please make the room sound proof. Go back to traditional bed sheets not the western ones. Clean the floor properly, no need to put a lot of water, it makes the floor more dirty and slippery.

The bedsheets are not so clean....Drinks are not available in hotel...we ordered something they brought something else

It’s 1.5 km from the airport, we walked in the middle of the night- 20 minutes. You need to ring the bell next to the red door. The room is far away from the pictures- we didn’t take a shower because it was filthy, we didn’t walk bare foot due to the poor cleaning condition. Our room was facing to the road, and we had truck noise through the night. I don’t know how are the other places, maybe it’s worth to deal with this poor conditions so you can be close to the air port. It was disgusting. Smell of cigarettes. Condom package in the closet.

Staff is not cooperating. No transfer service to airport. Took more money to arrange taxi at departure time. Feel that they tried to grab maximum from me.

"Absolutely Disgusting – Cockroaches and Filth Galore!" I can honestly say that my stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a musty, damp smell that made me want to turn around and leave. But things only got worse from there. The room was filthy. The carpet was stained and sticky, the sheets had questionable spots, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Mold was growing in the corners of the shower, and the towels had a weird, sour smell to them. I couldn’t even bring myself to use them. But the absolute breaking point was when I saw a cockroach scurrying across the floor. And not just one – over the course of my stay, I spotted at least three more. They were crawling near the bed, in the bathroom, and even on the nightstand. I couldn’t sleep at all, knowing those disgusting creatures were sharing the room with me. To make matters worse, when I complained to the front desk, they barely seemed to care. They offered to move me to another room, but after seeing the state of the first one, I had no confidence that the next would be any better. The staff was dismissive and unapologetic, which just added insult to injury. I ended up cutting my stay short and booking a room elsewhere. This place is a health hazard, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs. Cockroaches, filth, and terrible service – what more could you ask for?

Room are ok but there is no towel no water bottle no toiletries no tea and coffee no early check-in no late check out , we are paying 800 rupees extra for 4 hour early check-in, very disappointing hotel , we never recommended and also this is not 3 star hotel...

Worst experience we had a booking for wedding they insulted all the guests over charged for everything never book this hotel they are really very bad and don't respect .we have to feel ashamed infront of guest due to them . asking money to each and every guest for rooms extra bed . already convey in advance whatever charges will be there we are going to pay they really don't deserve to be in hospitality and hotel service they first need to learn how to address guest.

The most ill maintained place ever. It was such a mistake to book in this hotel. The walls of the room had weird stains and so did the bed and pillows. The toilet seat was broken. We could literally feel the springs of the bed hit our back when we slept. And the staff were extremely rude and unpleasant. The photos are extremely misleading. It's better to spend the night at the airport lounge than stay here.

Booked the hotel through hotels.com. Paid full money. When my parents reached 10pm in the night to checkin they said they don’t have a room and have not received reservation from hotels.com. They even said they are not part of fab hotels. Pathetic behavior and they asked 70 year old senior citizens to leave the premises. After calling hotels.com customer care they also could not reach the property. Stay away from booking this hotel.

Room was smelling of cigarette smoke, and the commode was stained. The ceiling fan was noisy. Reaching this property late night (as we did) is a huge hassle due to traffic jams caused by heavy truck movement on the GT road. Breakfast was offered on time at 8 am sharp and was good.
