The Hotel is good earlier registered under oyo, But now the fabhotel sayada needs little maintenance but at the price rate the rooms are great
1) When logged in they asked us to pay extra 2) We requested them to give the same room beforehand to change the dress after coming back from interview and they agreed and we kept our luggages there. But when we returned they gave us a dirty room to change(fyi we reached before 11:20 and check in for next day starts at 12) 3) Charged 30 per water bottle, it is not complimentary and they won't tell you that, usually one or two bottles are complimentary in every hotels per day. Per bottle costs only 15 and they charged 30 for one. 4) You will be able to access Wifi for sometime then they turn it off and you have to use your data.
I had the worst experience in my whole life here. The manager held me hostage inside the hotel and wouldn't allow me to leave and claimed I broke the bathroom door frame in the room and demanded money, 2500r extra. I was literally physically locked inside with padlock and he turned the elevator off from the main switch. Also the hot water wasn't working, cold water barely flowed, and there were ants in my bed. There was a massive puddle of water in the bathroom that just didn't flow away and there wasn't even a squeegee to clean it up. Manager refused to give me any sort of discount and demanaded me to pay the full price. When I refused to let him scam me he became angry and agressive and claimed I broke something in the room and demanded payment. The manager he is a cheating, lying, scammer. Stay away otherwise your life will be in danger here.
Very not cooperating staff at the reception. And wanted to charge me additional on every opportunity available. Not clean and required lots of maintenance and repairs. They charged me 1500 extra which I had to pay in cash and no bill was provided for the same. The refrigerator wasnot working. Even the electricity switch board was broken and a insulated tape was stuck on it. The restaurant was closed and they insisted we order food through them only. I had ordered some stuff to be brought to me by my friend but they charged me rs 500/- to allow the person to come to my room. Very bad experience. They don't even provide drinking water in the room. Breakfast was never offered.
