BED WAS EXCELLENT. THE BATHROOM IS ALSO NICE

The hotel is in a prime location. The restaurant is good and reasonable. But room maintenance is not up to the expectations

Except for the location nothing is great about this hotel. Breakfast package I suggest not to take from this hotel as they provide very simple breakfast without tea on demand and without milk too. No drinking water facilities in the room, even though we have to do it for ourselves The family room doesn't connect to WiFi service which was a huge disappointment for us and we need to spend on our mobile data package. The overall location and the scenic location is the best I can say very near to the lake. Even though the hotel rooms were empty we were not offered the room wherein we had checked in earlier. Staff could have provided us early check in from their kind gesture.

Staff was rude and the support from call centre of fab Is useless.

Rooms are not nice & its a star hotel for name sake no proper basic amenities like no flush in wash room, rooms are small rooms not provided for early check in even if we requested/intimated before also. Rooms are small, no ventilation. Totally rooms are not satisfied & worst service...

The only plus point for this Hotel is that it is located in the city Center. Other than that, I am completely disappointed with this hotel during my stay there. Rooms are spacious, but it needs a complete refurbishment. The main door lock itself was a terrible mess. The water heater in the toilet has tripped several times and each time I had to call the reception through the intercom where no one has responded even a single time. So I had to go to the reception personally to ask for assistance. The worst experience was from the restaurant. The restaurant was not neat at all. Also the so called complimentary (already paid thru booking) breakfast was served as if they are giving it free to us. The quantity of dishes in the “buffet” were served by “counting” them without offering any tea/coffee/ juice or even eggs. Overall I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend to anyone.. Thank you

During my visit, I was really let down by this hotel. The welcome was genuinely impolite. 1. The water filter is completely nonfunctional. When call receptionists don't even reply or give a damn about it. 2. The restaurant provided the worst experience. The restaurant not neat at all and not even know the manners of chief and not Professional. Additionally, they count the quantity every dishes when they served to the customer, but which say unlimited buffed. Overall I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend to anyone..
