"Except for the location nothing is great about this hotel. Breakfast package I suggest not to take from this hotel as they provide very simple breakfast without tea on demand and without milk too. No drinking water facilities in the room, even though we have to do it for ourselves The family room doesn't connect to WiFi service which was a huge disappointment for us and we need to spend on our mobile data package. The overall location and the scenic location is the best I can say very near to the lake. Even though the hotel rooms were empty we were not offered the room wherein we had checked in earlier. Staff could have provided us early check in from their kind gesture."

"During my visit, I was really let down by this hotel. The welcome was genuinely impolite. 1. The water filter is completely nonfunctional. When call receptionists don't even reply or give a damn about it. 2. The restaurant provided the worst experience. The restaurant not neat at all and not even know the manners of chief and not Professional. Additionally, they count the quantity every dishes when they served to the customer, but which say unlimited buffed. Overall I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend to anyone.."

"The only plus point for this Hotel is that it is located in the city Center. Other than that, I am completely disappointed with this hotel during my stay there. Rooms are spacious, but it needs a complete refurbishment. The main door lock itself was a terrible mess. The water heater in the toilet has tripped several times and each time I had to call the reception through the intercom where no one has responded even a single time. So I had to go to the reception personally to ask for assistance. The worst experience was from the restaurant. The restaurant was not neat at all. Also the so called complimentary (already paid thru booking) breakfast was served as if they are giving it free to us. The quantity of dishes in the “buffet” were served by “counting” them without offering any tea/coffee/ juice or even eggs. Overall I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend to anyone.. Thank you"

"My stay was nothing short of a disaster. The promised amenities were nowhere to be found, and the service was abysmal. I'm truly disappointed and frustrated by the complete lack of care and attention to detail. To start, most of the channels on the TV were not working. This was a major inconvenience, especially considering the late nights I had planned to spend relaxing. Additionally, the water can in the room was empty, leaving me parched and unable to enjoy a simple drink. The reception staff was completely unresponsive. Calls went unanswered, and there was no one available to assist with my requests. It was as if I was completely invisible. To make matters worse, the exhaust in the washroom wasn't functioning, creating a musty and unpleasant atmosphere. Given the terrible experience, I had no choice but to check out a day early. There was also severe power cut issue leaving the charging points useless and even the lift was not working because of the power cut. Do not stay here. Ratings are fake."

"Horrible experience, one of the worst hotel stays of my life I must say. This room is worth 900 to 1000 INR per night, single penny more than that is foolish. First of all, room was small, dark and stinking. Bathroom was not cleaned (If I mention the details of it, people reading this review will be 'yukk'). No Towels, Soap etc provided. (When we camedown after first days shower, we checked at reception.They gave Soap, we told no need of Towels now as we had our own towels with us). After seeing there restaurant, we did not have lunch or dinner there. (One night, we just had fruits for dinner, just to avoid the horrific experience of having dinner there. Breakfast was ok, Dosa was not that bad. Idly was below average, Pongal was too. Hotel staff must be made aware of there is a word called 'hygiene'. There were some liquid in offering as part of breakfast, which looked like Tea/Coffee. If it was really Coffee & Tea (that's what hotel staff told!), I must say i had worst Tea & Coffee of my life already. We could not have more than 2 sips & left. We saw other customers could not drink that as well. Cherry on the cake was, at the time of check out. I told the reception guy that i will make my full payment through Fabhotels mobile application. He told, even if i make full payment online, i have to pay again at the reception by cash/google pay also. Because, if i make online paymnet, it will not come to them it seems. I don't know how i controlled my laughter, after requesting him couple of time, i felt that is useless. And, paid the remianing amount (I had paid Advance via online while booking) via UPI. I don't want to relive those moments by remembering each point to write this here, so will end it. I know Kodai was very crowded on those days and all the hotels, transportations were sold out. But, if any hotel gives service like this, that is an insult to that profession/Industry. I will never trust Fabhotels and never ever will book any of the Fabhotels. Thank you for ruining our holiday."

"Accommodation facilities provided by the hotel are fine. We was doubtful of the cleanliness of the rooms by viewing the reviews given by many, but once we checked in, the rooms were neat and clean, and not like a lot of bad comments in reviews. Amenities provided by the hotel include free wifi, tv, hot water 24*7. TV cable is a mess there. We spent 3 nights there and we hardly could spend half an hour watching TV in total. We called up the reception multiple times to fix this issue, but sadly it was not resolved. We did not opt for a complementary breakfast at the hotel. The hotel kitchen is a bit messy and management of guests at the restaurant was not up to the mark. Lack of staff to serve was a major issue found. But the quality of food was good. Overall experience staying with Hotel Abirami Grand Inn was 3.9/5."

"Originally I booked Green Lake View Resort, but while i reached and called they simply told no rooms we already informed the fab staffs, They also not informed while the check in time passed, after we reach in heavy traffic and tired they simply answered, so i request to kindly remove the booking facility for Green lake view resort since these type of errors and replies spoiled both parties and suffer ed customers. Kindly avoid in future. Thank you."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
