This is one of the most exceptional stays I have ever had. People could not be more welcoming and well behaved. The food was awesome and very tasty. Rooms are very clean, with a shared Balcony space(1 balcony for 2 rooms) with a mind blowing view. Clean sheets and regular room cleaning provided. Comparing other hotels/stays with this price this a pretty good deal. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Fab express RMK Nest for making our trip so memorable. See you soon.

The most amazing thing about the property is you'll feel like you're visiting your relatives. Amazing services, beautiful view, near and clean rooms, sports accessories and homely food.If you're visiting South for the first time this is the right place to visit. Will come again for sure.

This place is the best to spend a great holiday! Solo or in group, it provides the best environment to experience the vibes of Kodai. All tourist locations are within 30 mins reach max. Thanks alot for the staff and the management for making the time I spent there worthwhile! ❤️

Room was not the same as i had seen while booking it Online. So I asked for room upgradation and was promptly given one (i.e. from delux room to premium room), but i was not given a bill for the extra amount i had paid for premium room. Location is very far from the center. Transport is not easily available or is very costly as we have to take the cab only. The Breakfast was OK, but the ambience / surrounding area was not clean, the staff was serving the food with their hands, which is not hygienic. The breakfast area was not clean. The bathroom in the room was not well lit, insects running around. In spite of being hill station, the hotel did not have 24 hours hot water facility. Because of rainy weather, TV was not working. No nearby 100% Veg Restaurants near the hotel. No online food delivery to this hotel. No in-house restaurant as well. No in house laundry. We felt the price is very costly for the room and the facilities provided. Didn't get the value for money. I didn't like the room i had booked online and i asked for room upgradation and was given premium room immediately.

Not at all good experience. I stayed with my family including my 2 year old daughter from 19th April to 21st April 2019. Pros: 1. Part of fab hotel and hence was easy to book after an earlier reservation with another hotel got cancelled due to hotel closure. 2. Booked family room, even though it was a large room, the room quality was mediocre with old torn furniture. Cons: 1. Check in time was 11.00 am, reached hotel by 2.00 pm and had to wait another hour and half for room to be sorted. 2. Got room in -2 floor, no lift and no room service, had to carry my luggage myself two floors down and back up. 3. No ventilation in room, was like a bunker with only one window opening to an unfinished outer wall of the neighboring building. 4. Says it is a 3 star hotel by fab, but no facilities available like toiletries (not even soap was given), coffee maker, not even a water bottle, no restaurant facility (did not even want to try the included breakfast from the looks of their dining hall), no television in room (no channels available as no set top box), 5. Kodai is a hill station, but hot water available only from 06.00 to 09.00 in the morning (absurd). 6. The person in-charge (whose name I believe was Kumar) was not at all professional or courteous. Demanded cash since card swiping machine was not working and wanted full payment at time of check in, was not ready to wait for me to check in first, go out and get money from ATM. For every requirement of mine (which were facilities available in the hotel as per fab hotel website) the answer was a simple no by him and no alternatives available. 7. Since the room was in -2, no mobile coverage available and there was no wifi available in room (even though their website mentioned it is available) Overall, we just spent our time outside just to be away from this horrible place. Definitely was not a good experience, Fab hotels needs to reconsider their offers regarding this place. They say actual rent is ~7000 and discounted rate is ~2000, But WHAT IN THE EARTH HAS THIS HOTEL GOT FOR Rs. 7000 OR EVEN RS.2000?????
