The swings and the shuttle court make your stay more pleasant. The staff can speak english, hindi, tamil and malayalam. The availability of hot water to drink during breakfast and dinner, food that is as good as home made .... all ana all it is a fantastic experience"

"My husband and I stayed at RMK Nest from 15 to 17 of June 2024. First of all I would like to appreciate the cleanliness of the washroom and rooms. Both of these were maintained properly and the view from the room was beautiful. The location of the hotel is Little far away from the main road and if you are coming in your own vehicle it's perfectly fine, otherwise it will be difficult to reach there as the road is too narrow and steep. We were provided with the food which was prepared there. I really liked the sambar and dosa which they served as breakfast. We had phulka and chicken for dinner which were also very good. I personally felt that they could have included more options for complementary breakfast. In short it was a really good stay in an affordable price."

"Not at all good experience. I stayed with my family including my 2 year old daughter from 19th April to 21st April 2019. Pros: 1. Part of fab hotel and hence was easy to book after an earlier reservation with another hotel got cancelled due to hotel closure. 2. Booked family room, even though it was a large room, the room quality was mediocre with old torn furniture. Cons: 1. Check in time was 11.00 am, reached hotel by 2.00 pm and had to wait another hour and half for room to be sorted. 2. Got room in -2 floor, no lift and no room service, had to carry my luggage myself two floors down and back up. 3. No ventilation in room, was like a bunker with only one window opening to an unfinished outer wall of the neighboring building. 4. Says it is a 3 star hotel by fab, but no facilities available like toiletries (not even soap was given), coffee maker, not even a water bottle, no restaurant facility (did not even want to try the included breakfast from the looks of their dining hall), no television in room (no channels available as no set top box), 5. Kodai is a hill station, but hot water available only from 06.00 to 09.00 in the morning (absurd). 6. The person in-charge (whose name I believe was Kumar) was not at all professional or courteous. Demanded cash since card swiping machine was not working and wanted full payment at time of check in, was not ready to wait for me to check in first, go out and get money from ATM. For every requirement of mine (which were facilities available in the hotel as per fab hotel website) the answer was a simple no by him and no alternatives available. 7. Since the room was in -2, no mobile coverage available and there was no wifi available in room (even though their website mentioned it is available) Overall, we just spent our time outside just to be away from this horrible place. Definitely was not a good experience, Fab hotels needs to reconsider their offers regarding this place. They say actual rent is ~7000 and discounted rate is ~2000, But WHAT IN THE EARTH HAS THIS HOTEL GOT FOR Rs. 7000 OR EVEN RS.2000?????"

"Room was not the same as i had seen while booking it Online. So I asked for room upgradation and was promptly given one (i.e. from delux room to premium room), but i was not given a bill for the extra amount i had paid for premium room. Location is very far from the center. Transport is not easily available or is very costly as we have to take the cab only. The Breakfast was OK, but the ambience / surrounding area was not clean, the staff was serving the food with their hands, which is not hygienic. The breakfast area was not clean. The bathroom in the room was not well lit, insects running around. In spite of being hill station, the hotel did not have 24 hours hot water facility. Because of rainy weather, TV was not working. No nearby 100% Veg Restaurants near the hotel. No online food delivery to this hotel. No in-house restaurant as well. No in house laundry. We felt the price is very costly for the room and the facilities provided. Didn't get the value for money. I didn't like the room i had booked online and i asked for room upgradation and was given premium room immediately."

"I'm not happy with service provided by the receptionist. I booked for 6 person in 2 room. In 1 room bed is big where 3 person can sleep. In other room only 2 person can only sleep since bed is very small. So I asked for bed since bed is small. But receptionist requested me to pay for Rs 500/- per day. I disagree to pay why provided two different rooms for same booking. If booking person is same. He told you contact fab for queries. I'm totally disappointed with the services. Room bed not changed for 1st day, room pillow cover tared, no bed light, frequent power cut, 24 hrs hot water facility not available, canteen guy fighting with small labour in canteen for dosa availability, fighting on front of customers. Fab posters specifically showing some images but booking some other room. This create main issues for customers. Kindly show how premium room would be, deluxe room would be, executive room would be. This helps to customer to speak with hotel receptionist with images"

"1. Rooms are not at all clean.. full of mosquitoes 2. Rooms are too stinky 3. Breakfast was pathetic.. no one should try it 4. Toilet is broken.. water flowing from all pipes 5. Furniture all broken 6. Only 1 person managing the hotel.. 7. Doors of toilet broken 8. Other than breakfast u wont get anything to eat or drink 9. Wifi available for only 1 floor that too near reception once to ho to other floors no internet 10. For evertging you need to go to reception peronally as intercom dosnt work.. once you reach reception than you need to wait for the person for atleast 20 min 11. Bed is full of springs.. you will definitely get back pains 12 the whole hotel is dirty and stinky.. once u enter you wont feel like staying.. all your money will be wasted 13. No elevater availble Many more things but dont have patience to write any more"

"One of the worst hotels, I have ever come across. Poor ventilation, dirty linen and very poor and careless attitude by the staff. I reached the hotel at 3.15 pm but my room was not ready. I wanted to use the washroom urgently but the staff said that I will have to wait till the room is cleaned as they don't have common washroom. I was further told that if I was in hurry, I can pee on the roadside. I was aghast by the reply of the staff. We had booked for three days but had to cancel seeing the careless attitude of the staff and unhygienic room conditions. The Hotel refused to refund the amount paid for three days, though we did not check in. The Hotel abruptly cancelled our reservation without refund of amount. Very worst hospitality. Never ever book in this hotel. This hotel needs to be blacklisted."

"Very bad service with lot of problems with staff. There are apparently fixed timings for doing everything irrespective of your travel plans. Hot water from 6-9 am only, breakfast from 9-10am only, no tea/coffee/beverages after 7pm. None of these rules were conveyed during our stay also whereas our booking was done for rooms with complimentary breakfast. Had to face a lot of inconvenience. Even the locality is not good. Would never recommend anyone this place. Really bad experience"

Because we already booked by paying 900 rupees, we were forced to stay in roshan residency. I dona€™t know why I got this room. Might be because the hotel employers decided to give us this room. "Photos posted in Google are of a different hotel. All the rooms are underground. No view or ventilation. Floor is always damp. Hardly can park 3 cars. Bed & blankets were not good. Booked it thinking of fabhotels & very disappointed. Only good thing was hot water available 24/7 & staffs were ok. Not worth the price."
