This is one of the most exceptional stays I have ever had. People could not be more welcoming and well behaved. The food was awesome and very tasty. Rooms are very clean, with a shared Balcony space(1 balcony for 2 rooms) with a mind blowing view. Clean sheets and regular room cleaning provided. Comparing other hotels/stays with this price this a pretty good deal. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Fab express RMK Nest for making our trip so memorable. See you soon.

Excellent hotel, with good sized rooms and very good food.

I booked the room through the official Fab Hotel app. During the booking process, the representative assured me that a water heater was available in all rooms and would function 24/7. However, upon arrival, I found that there was no separate heater in the room, and hot water was only available between 7 AM and 9 AM. On the positive side, the room boy provided hot water in a bucket upon request. The room itself was small, and the TV was not working. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to Kodaikanal Lake. Overall, it was a somewhat satisfactory stay.

The rooms was bot clean. Bed sheets and blankets were not washed and smells cigarettes

Rooms are spacy and neat, but carpets are very old and dirty. Toilet seat was broken and door lock is of low quality. Restaurant is dirty and unhygienic. The cook and food handlers looks very shabby with dirty cloths. The hotel is situated at a narrow location and facing a Bar. Quarreling of drunkards was a sight from the rooms and not recommended for families.

Worst receptionist. I was waiting for half hour to get my room entry. Receptionist was some problem with stafss i guess. So he was in anger and reflected on i also. The room is full of dust. Roof has spider web. Bottom of the cot have tones of dust. They never mob/ clean the bottom of the cot. Worst experience

Very poor experience. Very pathetic and dirty rooms along with the linen, quilt and pillow cover. Everywhere in room there was stains , green patches of moisture on walls.

This cannot be considered even a 1 star rated hotel. This is simply a lodge which can be chosen as last option just for an overnight stay. Pros: located near kodai lake and having well connectivity to the main town. Cons: No wifi, No tea/ coffee bags, no drinking water, no kettle available in room, telephone was not working, Bathroom is not properly maintained and toilet flush was not working. Restaurant is kind of a dirty hall which is fully unhygienic with zero maintenance. Waiters, untrained locals serving the food bare-handed gives utmost discomfort while dining. Totally worthless for the money paid!! possibly this is a scam!
