The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

I booked the room through the official Fab Hotel app. During the booking process, the representative assured me that a water heater was available in all rooms and would function 24/7. However, upon arrival, I found that there was no separate heater in the room, and hot water was only available between 7 AM and 9 AM. On the positive side, the room boy provided hot water in a bucket upon request. The room itself was small, and the TV was not working. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to Kodaikanal Lake. Overall, it was a somewhat satisfactory stay.

The hotel needs to go a long way to become the standard of Fab hotels. Room services should be better, bathroom cleanliness should be better.

Good size room. Breakfast was really good and had good quality and variety. Staff is very helpful and attentive and precise with the information provided.

The rooms was bot clean. Bed sheets and blankets were not washed and smells cigarettes

Worst receptionist. I was waiting for half hour to get my room entry. Receptionist was some problem with stafss i guess. So he was in anger and reflected on i also. The room is full of dust. Roof has spider web. Bottom of the cot have tones of dust. They never mob/ clean the bottom of the cot. Worst experience

Very poor experience. Very pathetic and dirty rooms along with the linen, quilt and pillow cover. Everywhere in room there was stains , green patches of moisture on walls.

Had visited this place 2 days back. One of my worst experiences I had in this place. I'm a traveller basically. Have never faced this kind of treatment in any of my trips. Rooms: Old abandoned home. Room gives a dull look. Washrooms are similar to Fuel station restroom. There are much better stays on that road. After seeing the room, i immediately walked off and checked in to nearby hotel called "Seven roads" which is far better. Service: No proper planning. We went in a package trip where all site seeing were included. But drivers were not co-operative, guide was not assigned, completely wasted 2 nights and 3 days. Very poor management. Location: Right next to main road. No parking place, no space, no ventilation in rooms. Totally not worth it in Kodaikanal as many better places available. If you want to have a good stay and time and enjoy your vacation, then avoid this place at any cost.
