This is my second stay. Very good hotel, neat room., helpful staffs , Manager. Monsai took very good care. .. Check in process and stay was smooth..

It was a great stay for us. The Hotel Manager, Habib, was very polite & accommodating. Allowed us to check in a bit early & overall didn't make any fuss. Was budget friendly as well given the peak season. The rooms are a bit small but clean. The washrooms were clean & good hot water availability as well. Overall, I would visit again!

Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.

Hotel central inn Vytyla ernakulam It's a great place to stay with the (vytla) metro nearby (walkable distance only) . The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is good. Free Wi-Fi access is available, and the rooms are neat and clean they maintain very well . Definitely worth the price!"

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

Initially i booked at fab woodlands in mg road. After overnight journey by train, when I approached the property, they denied checkin. Somehow I managed to talk to your customer care after one hour trying, I was allotted one hotel near vyttilla hub. Heavy rain on that day. I almost wasted and waited at ernakulam for more then 2 hrs, I lost my business meeting, travel location.i suffered like anything. After taking full money, your service was zero and unacceptable. Even in the hotel, first day I was not given breakfast even at 8.20 still I leave hotel for business meeting. Today they offered some packed food, which I denied. Though you have taken approximately rs.300 per day for breakfast, your service was very worst. In general I felt so much for my suffering at ernakulam at my age of 60. In future don't even recommend such bad hotels to anybody. Without any inspection, you take money and make us suffer like anything.very bad experience at ernakulam

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

One of the worst hotels in kochi. They make big promises but do not keep any. They ask for additional money saying that they are unable to login in and check in via make my trip app, then they don't refund your money as well. No towel no hot water no proper room service no food, when you ask for food they will ask you to book food via Swiggy or Zomato. Just horrible experience.

Hotel rooms were clean but the receptionist was very abusive I don't know his name we booked the room around 6 pm I will never recommend this hotel for family Especially newly married couples or couples who are planning to book the hotel rooms without elderly people's or kids along with you. Nightmare
