"Don't ever book room with Ascot hotel Through online. Very pathetic experience i had today. I have booked a room 2 days back . When i have reached the hotel for checkin the room they denied my checkin and tell us they are not ready to give room through online booking and asking extra amount to conform room there. The management is very harsh and dont have any manners to deal with their customers. One of the worst experience i had in my life."

"They charged 1200 rs for 1 day(12:00pm-11:00am), which is not that much worthy. Room was congested. Bathroom was not clean. Am not happy with chosing that hotel. When we look from outside the ambience was good and we will not expect that room was this much pathetic...in my opinion this room will costs max 700 or 800."

The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering both local and continental options, which gave me a good start to my day. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory as well. Although I didn't get a chance to use them extensively, I noticed they had a decent fitness center and a pleasant rooftop area where one could relax and enjoy the city views. "First of all this is not a fab hotel. This OYO Townhouse, the image they provided is completely fake. Dont believe the fake reviews on fabhotel website. 1. Very small rooms and you can enjoy cigarette smell for free in the corridors and rooms. 2. No neatness and walls are dirty. 3. Dont expect Bucket and cup in the bathroom, they dont provide. If you ask them 3,4 times they will give. 4. They will not give soap or towels if you dont ask them. 5. The rooms and corridors is full of cigarette smell. 6. There is TV, but it will not work. 7. Hot water is available, but you have to be bahubali to turn on the tap. 8. You will get 4 glasses for free, if you want to drink beer. 9. You can see lot of beer bottles and glasses and lot of waste if you remove the curtain of the window. 10. They will not allow to take room if the price is below 1200/day, even if you booked online. 11. First i got a room without keys, later i shifted to a room and the key is broken you have to try several times to light up your room."

"Initially i booked at fab woodlands in mg road. After overnight journey by train, when I approached the property, they denied checkin. Somehow I managed to talk to your customer care after one hour trying, I was allotted one hotel near vyttilla hub. Heavy rain on that day. I almost wasted and waited at ernakulam for more then 2 hrs, I lost my business meeting, travel location.i suffered like anything. After taking full money, your service was zero and unacceptable. Even in the hotel, first day I was not given breakfast even at 8.20 still I leave hotel for business meeting. Today they offered some packed food, which I denied. Though you have taken approximately rs.300 per day for breakfast, your service was very worst. In general I felt so much for my suffering at ernakulam at my age of 60. In future don't even recommend such bad hotels to anybody. Without any inspection, you take money and make us suffer like anything.very bad experience at ernakulam"

"Very bad experience. My booking was confirmed after made the full payment on 9th September 2023. But when I have reached to Fab hotel around 10.30pm, hotel manager informed me all rooms are booked and no vacancy. I show him my room confirmation to him. But he said he don't have information about that. Really I was wondering about the responsibility to manage the booking system by fab hotel team is very poor. After the few minutes argument , he said that he can arrange one room for me. Why he said that there is no room after seen my room booking confirmation?It means I understand that they are doing some under table adjustment to cross the booking confirmation system. Anyway I have shared my experience with fab hotel and I decided that I will not book again the rooms from fab hotel."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."
