I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family, and I must say it was an exceptional experience, marked by both affordability and remarkable service. It’s quite disheartening to see some individuals leaving negative reviews, as our stay was nothing short of delightful. I would particularly like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Santhosh, who works the night shift. His professionalism and readiness to assist us were truly commendable and made a significant difference during our visit. If you find yourself at this property, I wholeheartedly recommend seeking out Mr. Santhosh for any assistance you may require; he is an invaluable asset to the team and genuinely enhances the guest experience.

Very bad experience. My booking was confirmed after made the full payment on 9th September 2023. But when I have reached to Fab hotel around 10.30pm, hotel manager informed me all rooms are booked and no vacancy. I show him my room confirmation to him. But he said he don't have information about that. Really I was wondering about the responsibility to manage the booking system by fab hotel team is very poor. After the few minutes argument , he said that he can arrange one room for me. Why he said that there is no room after seen my room booking confirmation?It means I understand that they are doing some under table adjustment to cross the booking confirmation system. Anyway I have shared my experience with fab hotel and I decided that I will not book again the rooms from fab hotel.

Lights in the room were not bright. There is no tube light here. We gone through some uncomfortable smell ( maybe the smell of cigarettes) over here. Please provide better bed spreads. Without food accomodation we thought that the amount that we've given is not justified. Kindly work on these things . Thankyou

Booked a room to freshen up and keep bag to change for attending a marriage before catching the night train. Chose this place since it was supposed to be close to the railway stations. Bad choice. Even auto drivers close to the railway station do not know this hotel. Congested room. Partially neat. Bathrooms not good. Overall not a good experience. Suggest not to book based on photos on internet.

A pathetic and horrific experience. Poor rooms, poor service and poor staff. Fab Hotels must be executed.Smelly rooms, zero cleanliness. No food available, no cutlery. A BIG NO TO FAB. SHOULD BE RENAMED TO FART HOTELS.

Apart from the location, nothing about this Hotel is good. You would have paid confirmation amount to Fabhotels but at the time of checkin they will ask for an advance again else you won't get the key. Even during the stay every time you cross the reception they will ask for full payment before the check out itself. The rooms are tiny and suffocating. Towel was torn and had red ants on it. Wouldn't recommend. Rather spend 2k per night extra and stay at the better hotels in same vicinity.

I had booked Fab Hotel PGS Inn,Kochi and when I reached there the initial response was that the rooms are already full and no rooms available even after i had made initial payment through Fab Hotel app. They had said they will wait only till a certain amount of time for fab customers or else they would give room to others. This incident is occuring at midnight and i was totally tired due to travelling. Then after talking to fab customer support and the receptionist talked to the manager and finally they had given me a room (Room No: 404) which was below par room with such a pathetic room. As i had no other option available and since it was midnight I had to take that room, the room conditions were so pathetic that no one would dare give money and stay there and i would like to provide the details of the room below in the form of pictures or videos. I have never experienced such a terrible incident from FAB hotels and I would also like to make the concerned authorities aware of this hotel PGS INN at Kochi, do take stringent actions against this kind of frauds. This type of hotels do provide a black mark to the goodwill of Fab Hotels. This trauma still haunts me as the room which I had been given was so worse as they provided me this room to avoid black mark from Fab but the room was so dirty and untidy. First of all this is not a fab hotel. This OYO Townhouse, the image they provided is completely fake. Dont believe the fake reviews on fabhotel website. 1. Very small rooms and you can enjoy cigarette smell for free in the corridors and rooms. 2. No neatness and walls are dirty. 3. Dont expect Bucket and cup in the bathroom, they dont provide. If you ask them 3,4 times they will give. 4. They will not give soap or towels if you dont ask them. 5. The rooms and corridors is full of cigarette smell. 6. There is TV, but it will not work. 7. Hot water is available, but you have to be bahubali to turn on the tap. 8. You will get 4 glasses for free, if you want to drink beer. 9. You can see lot of beer bottles and glasses and lot of waste if you remove the curtain of the window. 10. They will not allow to take room if the price is below 1200/day, even if you booked online. 11. First i got a room without keys, later i shifted to a room and the key is broken you have to try several times to light up your room.
