Supportive staff... Room quality decent... Easy to locate I think everyone at least one time to stay here for enjoy the facilities

Room, bedsheets, blankets & pillow covers conditions are too worst, worn-out, not cleaned. No hot water for bath.

I recently stayed at your hotel SHREE GALAXY - KANPUR on the night of February 19th with three of my friends. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to multiple issues that directly impacted our comfort and convenience. 1. Misleading Location Information While booking, I specifically requested a hotel near the Expressway to ensure a smooth continuation of our journey to Delhi. However, the hotel provided was in an interior area with extremely congested lanes, making access very inconvenient. 2. False Commitment on Room Service We were clearly informed that room service was available 24 hours, but upon arrival, we were told that orders are not taken after 11 PM. This was highly inconvenient as we had planned based on the information provided. 3. Lack of Proper Hot Water Facility One of my primary requirements was a hot shower, which I made explicitly clear during the booking process. However, the hotel only offered tap hot water in a bucket, which is completely unacceptable and not what was promised. 4. Unhygienic Room Conditions The pillows and towels provided were dirty, which is completely unacceptable in any hotel, regardless of the category. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this level of negligence is shocking. Overall, the misleading information, poor service, and lack of hygiene made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I strongly urge you to ensure that accurate information is provided to guests and that hygiene standards are maintained, as such discrepancies significantly impact trust and guest satisfaction. My experience was an unmitigated disaster from check-in to check-out. *Dirty and Unmaintained Rooms* The room was filthy, with stained carpets, dusty furniture, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The bed creaked and groaned with every move, and the pillows were flat and lumpy. *Rude and Unhelpful Staff* The front desk staff were completely uninterested in helping me with my issues. When I complained about the room, they shrugged and told me that it was "fine" and that I was being "too picky." When I asked for a room change, they told me that there were no other rooms available, despite the fact that the hotel was clearly not fully booked. *Noise and Disruptions* The hotel is located next to a busy highway, and the noise from the traffic was constant and deafening. I was a nightmare having a nightstay there no proper staff and services they are not providing basic amenities like soap , toothpaste and brush,the food was cold not maintained rooms the bedding was not clean if there was any star less the 1 I would have given that
