The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting kanpurThey were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didnt wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend to

Atteded Engagement function here. Chairs are very old and rusty and its covers were almost dirty. Service was not up to the mark. Staff is cooperative.

I recently stayed at your hotel SHREE GALAXY - KANPUR on the night of February 19th with three of my friends. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to multiple issues that directly impacted our comfort and convenience. 1. Misleading Location Information While booking, I specifically requested a hotel near the Expressway to ensure a smooth continuation of our journey to Delhi. However, the hotel provided was in an interior area with extremely congested lanes, making access very inconvenient. 2. False Commitment on Room Service We were clearly informed that room service was available 24 hours, but upon arrival, we were told that orders are not taken after 11 PM. This was highly inconvenient as we had planned based on the information provided. 3. Lack of Proper Hot Water Facility One of my primary requirements was a hot shower, which I made explicitly clear during the booking process. However, the hotel only offered tap hot water in a bucket, which is completely unacceptable and not what was promised. 4. Unhygienic Room Conditions The pillows and towels provided were dirty, which is completely unacceptable in any hotel, regardless of the category. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this level of negligence is shocking. Overall, the misleading information, poor service, and lack of hygiene made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I strongly urge you to ensure that accurate information is provided to guests and that hygiene standards are maintained, as such discrepancies significantly impact trust and guest satisfaction. Terrible Stay I had an absolutely terrible experience at Fab Hotel Solitaire Inn, Kanpur. This place is a complete scam! They charge a huge amount for a "big room with breakfast," but in reality, they provide a tiny, suffocating room with an unhygienic washroom and no breakfast at all, despite it being included in the tariff. There was no food available, no proper lighting, and no staff to take care of guests. The hotel felt completely abandoned, with zero security. Staying here was nothing short of a nightmare. This hotel is ruining the reputation of Fab Hotels . Such pathetic service should not be associated with reputed platforms. Fab Hotels should take strict action before this place completely damages their brand. Avoid this hotel at all costs! Worst experience ever!

This property is not at all recommendable to anyone. MANAGED BY CHEATERS. A person stays in a hotel for comfort and good service in a clean envoirnment. Everything was missing here. Beds were not comfortable. Washrooms were not clen with all accessories broken wall paper were torn.
