Best hotel i saw for couple nd and also facilities for this hotel and staff behavior both are so fabulous, must place to vistit once with your partner, best thing was that hotel location was so good..

Room was very dirty and was not properly clean. hair were spread everywhere on the floor even on the bed sheets and pilow. i am highly dissatisfied with the services

Room charges were levied for 24 hours ie check out time of 11 am. we booked the room for a 28-29 12 pm check in and 11 am check out. we had informed we will come around 5-6am on 29. on arrival we found that the room was not ready as bed sheet,pillow cover and washroom was not clean. they tried to persuade us the cover and the bathroom was clean but it clearly was not. the manager was not present, the doors of the hotel were not easily accessible to get in. this was the most horrible hotel experience i've had so far. would never recommend you go here.

Starting from the room to the washroom, no decent human can outlive here even a day. from mouse faeces in drawers to seeing the actual mouse, i saw it all. using the flush activated their automatic special feature, leaking drain, absolute nightmarish experience. you can better stay on roadside rather than choosing this hotel, if i can call it one.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

The hotel was very centrally located..... our stay was short but very pleasant.... . the room and facilities were excellent with a luxurious bathroom.... he staff was especially hospitable and friendly.... would not hesitate to come back....
