    "Worst hotel ever, Corridor area was filled with flies Room had flies, room was smelling, bed sheets were smelling and not clean, bathroom was in worst condition, rooms are very dirty and on photos while booking the hotel looks very clean which is purely cheating."

    "Prime Mansa Hotel, Kanpur I booked a stay at Prime Mansa Hotel from October 7th to 8th, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Hotel Condition: The hotel itself appeared unfinished and shady. The overall look was uninviting, and it felt poorly maintained. Room Cleanliness: The room I was given was filthy. The bed linens had hair stuck on them, were stained and looked completely unwashed. Used water bottles were left in the room, and the bathroom was in an unacceptable state. It hadn't been cleaned, with gunk in the drainage area, used condom packets in the small dustbin they had in the bathroom, and old soaps left behind. The room was absolutely dirty. Service Experience: This was, without a doubt, the most horrific part of the stay. When I raised my concerns about the state of the room, the receptionist who introduced himself as Faib Khan, was incredibly rude and dismissive. He refused to offer another room, and when I asked him to speed up the cleaning process because we were getting late for the engagement party which we had to attend, he rudely snapped at me saying "It will take as long as it takes"/"Jitna time lgta hai utna hi lagega". Throughout the conversation, he kept snapping his fingers, raising his voice, and repeatedly told me, "I'm not responsible. Go speak to the Mansa group or Fabhotels". His attitude was aggressive, with big eyes, loud voice and rude gestures, making the situation even more unpleasant and uncomfortable. At one point, he even rudely told us to check out showing absolutely no care for customer service or basic decency. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was unbelievable. After the heated argument and lack of any solution, we Immediately checked out. I was so disgusted by the experience that I didn't even think to take photos of the room. I have no idea if I'll get a refund but at the point, I just wanted to leave. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The filthy rooms and the atrocious service, especially from Faib Khan, make this place a nightmare to stay in. Avoid it as ALL COSTS."
