Location is nice. Rooms are okay . Service is good. Overall okay to stay.

The property is on a good location, but very poorly maintained, the rooms stink, my room no 205 was just beside the dustbin so that place was shabby and there were insects coming in from there. I had booked 2 rooms and the geycer was not working in both the rooms, I had given them 5 reminders to switch it on but in vain.i had forgotten that breakfast is included in my booking, but the reception folks did not even tell me that their was breakfast served in the room. Not recommended for family.

Best Hotel for staying but their food quality and taste are worse and very expensive. I recommend only to stay and don't use their kitchen services

The place was new and pretty clean. Their tea is pretty good. The head of staff is supportive. However, we had issues getting hot water. It's near a railway track and you can feel a mild rumble when Trains pass by. The serving staff could be more hospitable. They are young and raw in communication. Besides all this, It's a decent place to stay for the money it charges. Oh! The sheets can do with better laundering.

Room size are okay, lift was not working when we checked in as there was a power outage. One complaint that I have is that the sheets and pillow covers had stains on them. Looked like they don't bother cleaning the linen in this hotel or they don't give it to a proper laundry. We didn't ask the staff to change it as we reached the hotel past midnight after a long road trip and were pretty tired but our booking was made in the evening and the staff should have ensured that the sheets are clean. Bathroom was clean and good.

Not recommended ... Even price was also high waste of to stay here 3rd class room bed sheet and blanket are also not clean. And small very bed

BEKAR - BEKAR - BEKAR First of all Fab hotel, your services are so bad. You have not mentioned hotel name anywhere in goibibo app, not texted hotel name after booking. Very difficult to find hotel after reach location. Need to think about this. About hotel experience, room are not good. Noisy AC. Electricity system not good. Outside food not allowed but in goibibo app shows outside food are allowed. Not recommended to anybody.

The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived and as it is a wet room, by the end of our 3-day stay, the bathroom and bedroom were both very dirty. There was only hot water on one day, and the AC only worked half of the time. Toilet roll was not provided. The bedsheets had holes in them and looked tired. We had to wait a almost an hour for breakfast on one of the two days we ordered it. Staff are not particularly friendly. The hotel is located just off a very busy road so you cannot walk anywhere. We recently stayed in 2 other hotels of the same price and they were much better.

They didn't even have proper mattresses , as per the hotel manager either you'll stay for a day or 10 days you'll get only 1 water bottle and when i ask him that what if i do a booking daily than you have to give me water bottle daily than he said no , only 1 water bottle for guest. Hot water was not available and they didn't have fab hotel branding anywhere all signage boards are of OYO. Highly dissatisfied..
