""During my recent stay, I encountered several disappointing issues. The room's drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate and creating an unpleasant environment. Additionally, the washroom lacked an exhaust fan, leading to moisture buildup and discomfort. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was further marred by the receptionist's extremely rude behavior. Furthermore, the hotel's parking facilities were inadequate, with only open parking available for four-wheelers, leaving vehicles vulnerable to the elements and potential damage. These shortcomings significantly impacted my overall experience and fell short of expectations for a comfortable and convenient stay.""

"COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Never stay even a single night at this hotel. Firstly miss leading images the rooms are not the same as shown in their webiste. Walls are not painted and have paint wearing off. Lights are not even and the rooms are not bright enough. Rooms are not clean and dustbins are dirty. The WC seat had urine marks on it. No shower or dental kit provided. Water is charged, even the first bottle. Bed mattress had springs popping out of it. The rooms did not have couch has shown in the picture. No timely in-room service from the staff. Im ratting it 1⭐️ as I dont have 0⭐️ option."

"The hotel doesn't look like a FabHotel Prime one. Rooms are dirty, ground floor is filled with ciggerate smoke smell. I have booked premium room but at first they shown me deluxe room which was very very filthy. After confronting the manager, he gave me the premium room but he was like it has been placed wrong on the application. But I insisted that I will live only on premium room. Bed spring were very bad. It was poking during sleep as well. Pathetic. Parking staff is very rude, hotel does not have any parking facility. Very bad experience. During checkout, manager told me to pay 60 rs for mineral water bottle (only one bottle by the way) which I denied yo pay since it is mentioned in the amenities. I won't book this hotel ever in my life again and would tell people also not to book it."

"We made a booking at Tipsy Inn and Suites through booking.com after going through relatively decent reviews and the value for money offered by the property. However when me and my family checked in to the property, we were surprised to know that all their rooms were already booked. On showing the confirmation mail from booking, the manager said that they don't care about the booking made by us via booking.com since we didn't reach out to them. We eventually had to move out in the middle of the day and look for another accomodation. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat guests and would highly recommend people to stay away from Fabhotel chain. Even if it may cost a few bucks more elsewhere, it would be worth the peace of mind."

"Beware of online scam by Fab Hotels Team. This hotel is a fruad property. Their team shows pictures in which the actual & real condition of the rooms is not visible. We booked 3 rooms here on telephonic conversation with Fab Hotels Team. But when we reached hotel to check-in, we were shocked when we saw the pathetic conditions of the rooms and cancelled the bookings. But their team did not refunded the amount which we paid for the booking. Dont get trapped here."

"Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money I recently stayed at this hotel after booking a "classic room" online, choosing it based on the photos and details provided on the booking platform. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to be assigned a much smaller, dingy room that looked nothing like the pictures. When I raised this with the manager, he was dismissive and said that since I booked online, I was stuck with that room. He also informed me that there was no cancellation policy. Reluctantly, I had to pay an additional ₹500 just to upgrade to a decent room. I thought it would improve my stay, but unfortunately, things got worse. Despite paying extra, my night was ruined by constant noise. Around 2 AM, people were laughing loudly, playing music, and creating a ruckus in the hallway, making it impossible for me to sleep. When I complained, the staff didn’t seem to care. It felt like there was no control over the hotel’s environment or concern for the guests’ comfort. To make matters worse, the manager’s attitude was rude and unhelpful from the start, adding to the frustration. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I regret spending my money here. This hotel does not live up to its promises, and the management clearly doesn’t prioritize customer service. I strongly advise against booking this hotel if you want a peaceful and pleasant stay."

"I will rate 0 star if possible...we reached the hotel at night as we pre booked it from the website. There was a guy who called me from fabhotel after discussing the price and all things. He said we can reach the hotel anytime. After reaching that hotel there was a reception guy who gave us the new price. After that he called his owner who told to make the prices a little bit more High. LATE NIGHT HUMARE PAAS BABY BHI THA... Photos shown on website are outdated and when asked about same, staff informed it is 15 years old property and you have to adjust. This hotel is fraud and just waste of money. "Amazing experience !! Clean rooms, hygienic and big washrooms, clean elevator, AC works well, comfortable beds. Rooms have sofa chairs, a coffee table, enough space to keep luggage on shelf, below shelf, and in almirah. We were hosted by Mr. Sunny, who is a very lively, courteous, and helpful person. Most amazing was getting to know that they have a cafe attached, serving super delicious food, which can also be ordered to our rooms !! Good for family stay, couples, corporate stays as well !!"

"Just DON'T stay here. The front desk people are good and courteous but the facility is dilapidated and the rooms were like a furnace even after turning on the so called A/C. Water was leaking everywhere and on the corridors. WiFi doesn't work in the rooms. I can go on and on."

There was no proper room service, and I struggled to get basic necessities. To make matters worse, there was no water in the washroom, which made my stay very uncomfortable. "I was coming for Jaipur to shoot a pre wedding shoot and booked this place for the stay, I booked the same hotel for my client too.. When I booked it, the client told me that I should have checked the reviews before booking it, but then I thought that let's give it a try as everyone has their own experience. When I checked in, the rooms were quite spacious, bathroom was also nest and clean. We ordered which was good. I was very sure that I will give a very good rating to them. But then the client complained that there were insects all over the bed when they woke up in the morning. And they even showed a video where in the bed was covered with insects. Pretty weird, we had to check out early at 5:30 am thas why we could not talk much to the hotel staff but please make sure to check the cleanliness of the bed and the room where you are sleeping. Location wise the area is good but cleanliness is the major concern in this hotel. And you will not get team or breakfast before 10 am. Not recommended"

"My experience was very bad here. Rooms were okay but staff were not good. We asked for bathing soaps which they didn't provided, telephone was dead, they gave us 2 water bottles and at time of checkout they charged for that which was not informed before. For price 1247 a day breakfast was not included.They asked us to have breakfast at their cafe (which we have to pay) and cafe menu has all italian and chinese cuisine how can someone have these in there breakfast. We asked for cutleries which also they don't have. Overall will not recommend this hotel."

"One of the worst hotels in which I have been to till date. Never book this hotel from FabHotels because once you reach the hotel they will tell you that our rate is x amount and you have paid less than that amount we can't provide you hotel at the rate shown in the fabhotel website or the application. Though I have contacts, I used them and they provided me with a hotel room but the room was terrible. The other rooms were vacant but he provided me the room which was the worst room they have as I booked from FabHotels. Highly disappointing and the guy who sits at the reception in the morning, his name is (Mr. REDDY) mostly, he is the manager there he doesn't solve the problem or even tell the staff to visit this room. AC was not working properly, in tap there was current in the basin tap."
