The location of the property is great. Right at the center of the city. The staff were also polite.

Tata sky was not working, No natural ventilation to rooms, Bathroom and room is at same level so water was flowing out, No hangers for clothes, No dressing table mirror.

Very bad experience as rooms were not clean. Spider-net observed in each and every corner of the room. Basically I should ask for refurnd. No toiletries, No water bottles and No Kettle for hot water.

I have very bad experience in fab hotel. I don't get those rooms which one I booked. They show me the different types of room when I booked hotel but in property I got different rooms I sent so many emails but they don't reply

There is Alcohol Theka nearby. Timings for the food are horrible. We have to wait 30 minutes for our next chapati batch to come

I had a few things to say: 1. First day Breakfast was incomplete and it was just 1 parantha with tea. 2. The second day breakfast was not ready even at 9 am. 3. Tap water was provided complementary, no RO water was given. 4. Deluxe rooms are too small as compared to the pictures on site 5. No assignment /solution provider by Fab hotel Customer care regarding above issues. As per my experience Personally I don't recommend fab hotels.
