"Worst hotel experience ever... No washroom kit not even handwash available only given Rs5 medimix as washroom kit. No tea coffee kit no electric kettle nothing was there. Only room was provided nothing else. Door mats were also torned, buckets were broken.. it was a pathetic hotel far away from town no food service available.. jst wasted my money... Dnt think I am going to book again from fab hotels... Local hotels were much more convenient nd providing better service than this."

I booked this hotel in Jaipur for 3 nights and arrived after a 5-hour train journey, only to be told they don't accept international tourists – something not mentioned in the booking details. The staff was rude and unhelpful, leaving me stranded at 1 AM with no accommodation. I had to find another hotel at a much higher cost. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel if you're an international traveller! I'm following with my complain with booking.com!!"

Additionally, the hotel charged extra for chilled water bottles, which is an unreasonable practice. "I am still staying as I book it for 3 nights, there is no difference between dharmshala and this hotel. Despite of telling me that they have cleaned and prepared the hotel for my check in, there were hairs on my bed and biryani rice was there on bed sheet. Today I handed them keys in morning and now when checked in evening it has not been cleaned. No mobile network in room. Carry your own water and toiletaries."
