The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Hotel managers are Managing staff, Handling budgets, Implementing marketing strategies, Ensuring customer satisfaction, and Maintaining compliance with laws and guidelines.

Room was good but bathroom was not very clean. They will not provide you water jugs and glasses and you need to refill disposable water bottle again and again which is not good for health.

Not professional , I had to change 3 rooms as each one had an issue. We asked for water which they delayed giving, no hand soap and tissue in the washroom, no kettle in the room, room paint was all coming out. Linen was stained . Breakfast was paid for 2 people but they gave us 1 plate of poha

No doubt hotel location is very good but room service is very very very bad literally I'm staying in 3 night. And I'm going to a explore Jaipur places so I'm handover a key daily in a reception cleaning a room,but every evening a new excuses, I'm requesting a daily pleased cleaned a room but ignored a person. Not a hiegene maintained and one important not a provide a drinking water bottle it's chargeable. Only focused on money. I'm booking this hotel on site fab hotel...fab hotel provided a discount I'm facing a very bad reaction on a reception person ...once a think you booked this hotel you have a good options .

Booked room thinking that atleast bare standards of fab hotel will be followed but the disappointment is endless. The services, upkeep, food, room service was more like that of some dirty hotels whose tariff is around range of 800-1000. Location & property is good but owner should seriously look into the management and service staff.

Location not good, staff not good, blankets and mattresses not clean, deluxe room not provided, we chose breakfast option while booking but the staff was asleep and didnt serve us the breakfast! Terrible management!!

One of the worst stays. Check in experience is worst. The room is tiny, smelly and bad. The water bottles they provide will be tap water and bottle would be resued from someone else. The basic hygenie and hotel issues are missing. Do not book this hotel. The noises from corridor will haunt you, the smell won't let you sleep and the dirty bedsheet would make your life a living hell. Yuck !!!

I have very bad experience in fab hotel. I don't get those rooms which one I booked. They show me the different types of room when I booked hotel but in property I got different rooms I sent so many emails but they don't reply

Extreme poor experience as I asked for hotel booking and was offered a service apartment in name of hotel. Complete mis selling was done and I want complete refund of my order.
