"during my recent stay, i encountered several disappointing issues. the room's drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate and creating an unpleasant environment. additionally, the washroom lacked an exhaust fan, leading to moisture buildup and discomfort. unfortunately, the checkout experience was further marred by the receptionist's extremely rude behavior. furthermore, the hotel's parking facilities were inadequate, with only open parking available for four-wheelers, leaving vehicles vulnerable to the elements and potential damage. these shortcomings significantly impacted my overall experience and fell short of expectations for a comfortable and convenient stay."

We made a booking at tipsy inn and suites through booking.com after going through relatively decent reviews and the value for money offered by the property. however when me and my family checked in to the property, we were surprised to know that all their rooms were already booked. on showing the confirmation mail from booking, the manager said that they don't care about the booking made by us via booking.com since we didn't reach out to them. we eventually had to move out in the middle of the day and look for another accomodation. absolutely disgraceful way to treat guests and would highly recommend people to stay away from fabhotel chain. even if it may cost a few bucks more elsewhere, it would be worth the peace of mind.

The room allocated to me was filthy, with stained carpets and dirty linens. didn't even wait for single minute in hotel. photos shown on website are outdated and when asked about same, staff informed it is 15 years old property and you have to adjust. this hotel is fraud and just waste of money. asked for return, but they denied.

I was coming for jaipur to shoot a pre wedding shoot and booked this place for the stay, i booked the same hotel for my client too.. when i booked it, the client told me that i should have checked the reviews before booking it, but then i thought that let's give it a try as everyone has their own experience. when i checked in, the rooms were quite spacious, bathroom was also nest and clean. we ordered which was good. i was very sure that i will give a very good rating to them. but then the client complained that there were insects all over the bed when they woke up in the morning. and they even showed a video where in the bed was covered with insects. pretty weird, we had to check out early at 5:30 am thas why we could not talk much to the hotel staff but please make sure to check the cleanliness of the bed and the room where you are sleeping. location wise the area is good but cleanliness is the major concern in this hotel. and you will not get team or breakfast before 10 am. not recommended

**google review: 1 star** i recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. the room was old and had a persistent, unpleasant smell. there was no proper room service, and i struggled to get basic necessities. to make matters worse, there was no water in the washroom, which made my stay very uncomfortable. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. save your money and look elsewhere! checkin @1pm
