It was an amazing stay and have already stayed there a lot of time. I really like the property. Thanks for the hospitality
Friendly staff, lovely clean room, excellent location, highly recommeded
Overall, had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying here again.
Room was neat and tidy with new air conditioning and pleasant smell. Clean bedsheet with blanket.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city
Front desk staff are amazing!!! And all other staff are excellent too. Amazing service, awesome room facilities. Loved stating here. My favourite buget hotel for sure.
If I'm not satisfied with the stay...then how would I give 5 star rating to location..Rooms(Tv was not working, hot water was not there for bath, wifi connection was not there) will give zero rating. Food( Tea quality was very poor, We ordered our breakfast at 8:45 and when we call back them for breakfast at 9:30 they replied your order is not ready yet(even we can't prepare poori bhaji for you)we were busy to serve complimentary food....when we raise our voice for not serving food ,the whole staff was quite on reception like nothing is happen.. And the funny thing was they charged tax(5%) on every single food service mini meal thali was 300 they charged 320 Rice chole was 200 they charged 220 What the hell you're doing guys on the name of business. Parking (Zero) rating Staff behaviour (Zero rating) Staff response on call(Zero Rating) All over zero rating with worst experience. Stop making people fool. I would suggest everyone not to stay in this pathetic hotel.
Worst experience i ever had with any of the hotels, all staff were so rude including the hotel owner, tv was not working in the room, I gave keys for room cleaning and when I came in the evening the room was not cleaned, moreover i had a word with the owner that the price of the room is 1200 including taxes but when i was checking out they took 400 extra for 2 days. Seriously i would never recommend you guys to book a room in this hotel.
This is the worse experience I have ever had in India. I booked a Non-Refundable rate to stay here and they refused to check me in as I am a foreigner. However, they allowed me to make me booking knowing that I was Foreign. The refused to check me in and to give me a refund also. I hope you are proud of the name that you give to your own country. Also, Goibibo didn't help at all. They kept telling me they would call me back and the never did. It's so sad that there are so many cheaters here.
3rd class rooms, don't know how it is a fab hotel. I am writing a real review. Rest all are fake. Paid reviews. Poorly maintained rooms. I am staying here today on the 19th March 2025. 1300 bucks for a room where they don't provide any basic toiletries or soaps etc. Not come here. Fancy photoshoot karvake they get fake reviews.
