"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Rooms are very very small... Not clean... Washrooms not clean... We checked-in but left after an hour, didn't stay there... Staff is very coordial, they offered another big room as well but we didn't take it as it was too unclean and very low lit"

"I would not recommend staying here." It's worst . my experience was disappointing. The room was poorly maintained with broken fixtures and furniture that looked old and worn out. The washroom was in terrible conditionthere was a persistent odor, leaky taps, and no proper supply of toiletries. The cleaning standards were shockingly low; the room was dusty, the bedsheets had stains, and the floor seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional, ignoring requests for assistance or taking hours to address basic concerns."
