Our recent stay at Prime Avenue was good. It is budget hotel and provides neat and clean room with good restaurant. Check in was all smooth and hotel manager considered my request for late check out ( 3 hours late) with extra charge. Service was good. Restaurant at top floor gives nice peaceful wibe. Location is prime USP of this hotel. Washroom was clean. Linen were okayish though not supremely clean but they were manageable. Staff is very supportive. I will recommend this hotel for a small stay in Indore.

Honest Review – Avoid This Place! This is not a hotel; it’s a poorly maintained lodge where people don’t come to stay but for other activities. The rooms are filthy, with used condoms scattered all over, making it an extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic place. Basic facilities like hot water and fans are missing, and the staff is completely unhelpful. Despite multiple requests, they refused to change my room. There is no room service—you have to walk to the reception for even the smallest request, but the staff doesn’t care once they have your money. After check-in, you are on your own. I strongly advise against booking this place. There are far better hotels nearby. FabHotels should remove this property from their listings if they have any standards.
