Our recent stay at Prime Avenue was good. It is budget hotel and provides neat and clean room with good restaurant. Check in was all smooth and hotel manager considered my request for late check out ( 3 hours late) with extra charge. Service was good. Restaurant at top floor gives nice peaceful wibe. Location is prime USP of this hotel. Washroom was clean. Linen were okayish though not supremely clean but they were manageable. Staff is very supportive. I will recommend this hotel for a small stay in Indore.

Last minute availability and decent room. Moat importantly it was clean and hygienic so that's a plus anyday. No complaints so far from the price point.

This is below least budget category hotel. Rooms have least space for extra mattress. Blankets and curtains were not clean. Dustbin bag was not even changed in the bathroom. Amenities given were very much general. Hot water was not available on time and tap from water were in slow delivery. Night Shift Staff,Piyush Agarwal is good in nature but seems nothing is in power to improvise the present situation of property.

Very bad service… Staff is nor polite and very rude. Stayed with family total 8 people. The guy at counter is very rude and don't have manners to speak to guest. If you are trying to book this hotel with family . Please avoid it. The support staff is also not cooperative and rude behaviour while taking with us

Owner behaviour is too rude The person at counter was not helpful and asked for extra money from us. As discussed the room was AC but they didn’t provide us AC facilities. When I asked helper to switch on AC he asked me 200 rs extra per room . Don’t book this hotel if you are planning to come with family.

Room was shabby.. Unhygienic, pathatic management. They don't even give hand towel. They don't have proper parking, no one is there for luggage management. We reached there at 2 30 am n no one was there to open door. Security guard was smoking n chilling n not at all doing his duty. Manager was rude. No one is there to listen any problems.
