Hotel is good, provided that they should improve their drainage system because of which, bad smell was in toilets. Infrastructurely they should improve upon ventilation issues.

Staff is good but needs to be supervised constantly to clean the dusty rooms. They cleaned the washroom only once in our 3 nights stay. Still that's not the reason for poor ratings as the staff will attend to whatever you ask for. Giving poor ratings because there was no lift and constant powercuts sometimes more than an hour at a stretch!! Hotel is still undergoing repairs and it's not fit for elderly people as there is no lift nor rooms on the ground floor. Really disappointed as the booking mentioned facilities to the contrary which is misleading. My old parents had a tough time climbing up and down the stairs. Reception managers are very helpful and polite and will try to help you out the best they can.
