    "Staff is good but needs to be supervised constantly to clean the dusty rooms. They cleaned the washroom only once in our 3 nights stay. Still that's not the reason for poor ratings as the staff will attend to whatever you ask for. Giving poor ratings because there was no lift and constant powercuts sometimes more than an hour at a stretch!! Hotel is still undergoing repairs and it's not fit for elderly people as there is no lift nor rooms on the ground floor. Really disappointed as the booking mentioned facilities to the contrary which is misleading. My old parents had a tough time climbing up and down the stairs. Reception managers are very helpful and polite and will try to help you out the best they can."

    "The reviews, photographs and ratings of the property on all booking platforms are misleading. Please don't give it a try. The lift was not working. There was no wifi. Seating arrangemens in the restaurant was dirty and stinking. They provided us with a room with no shower in the barthroom. No proper lighting in the bathroom. The tube light was hanging on the mirror. On asking, the manager told that the rooms were undergoing renovation. In that case they should not have allotted the room. As we had planned to leave early next morning, we did not have the option to change the hotel."

    "Worst stay experienced in my life. I'll never prefer this hotel to my enemy. Rudest receptionist staff who claims to be owner of the hotel. He'll fight with for to hide their mistake. Bedsheets were dirty, hairs were found and still he said this could be cleaning staffs hairs as we have changed the bed sheets but it was not. Felt insecure and invalued. Please never stay to this hotel ."

    "My recent stay at FabHotel Santoor was extremely disappointing. Despite the promising ratings, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the issues I encountered: Cleanliness: The rooms were not clean upon arrival. There were visible signs of neglect, and the towels provided were dirty. Odor Issues: All three rooms I booked had a persistent unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. Noise Disturbance: Throughout the afternoon, there was disruptive drilling noise, which significantly affected any chance of relaxation or rest. Misleading Ratings: It's evident now that the high ratings on various booking platforms are misleading. The hotel seems to have a strong marketing team that manipulates these ratings, giving a false impression of their actual service quality. Overall, my three-day stay at FabHotel was a regrettable experience. I would strongly advise against booking based solely on online ratings without thorough research. The reality fell short of the expectations set by these ratings, and I left feeling extremely dissatisfied."

    "What was good : Only location nothing else. What was bad : Worst hotel I stayed, no facility at all, I wonder how this hotel is rated 3 star. It's not even single star. Let me tell you about this hotel. Location is good but hotel is highly over rated and nowhere near 3 star. I have more complaint against Booking.com through which I booked this hotel. I was charged more then the published tariff of the hotel which was displayed at the hotel. Now what are the issues: 1. Toilet seat was broken. Commode was too dirty and brownish. 2. No 24 hrs hot water. They ask you to tell them when you need hot water during the day. They will then switch on central geyser. So you wait till you get hot water. 3. Wi-Fi is free but unless you ask they won't give password. 4. Newspaper is free but they won't give in the morning. 5. I have booked 2 rooms with breakfast but they said my booking is not showing breakfast included in their software. I showed them my email of booking with breakfast. They asked me to talk to Booking.com which I refused and asked them to talk rather or else accept my email. They allowed to have breakfast ultimately. 6. Next day they said we can have buffet breakfast. Only 3 items in breakfast, room had only chairs but no table to keep plates while having breakfast. First time seen such a room. The pictures they show on site are for the restaurant but not where breakfast is served. 7. Hotel charged Rs. 4,962/- for one day for 3 occupancy room. I booked 3 bed room but they gave only mattress without bed. 8. Hotel charged for 2nd room for two guests for two days Rs. 5,850/- all these are much higher then their published rates. 9. On first day they told us that they will serve breakfast in our room (first after refusing to give as our name didn't appear) since they didn't have any other guest in hotel except us or may be 1 or 2 more. 10. This hotel is not worth more then 1500/- type. Don't book Breakfast at all as it's just for name sake 3 items. I am disappointed with Booking."

    "CANT EVEN GIVE A STAR TO THIS PLACE. Review for Santoor: 1. We could not find this place easily as they do not have your Fabhotel board. 2. They were really warm and helpful at the reception during the welcome. 3. Enter the room and HORRIBLE. I do need to list down all the things - bedsheet has red spots, blanket has yellow spots. We asked them to change the linen, the new blanket still is in a messy condition with spots and zip broken. Regulator of the fan is broken due to which the speed cana€™t be managed. Toilet is not clean, the jet spray is pasted by a cello tape, really? No toilet paper roll. No mineral water kept in the room and on requesting, he charged us for the same. Mosquitoes in the room, but no repellent coil. Last slide of the window of the washroom is open- hello outsiders and have a look at us! And yes, I DO HAVE PROOF IMAGES FOR ALL OF THESE! 4. They did ask us to change the room, but well that was equally messy And the Fabhotel website, well that is more FAKE! what images do you have of Santoor on your portal? That is not even close to what a mess the room is. Imagine a husband, wife and a young sister in law roaming around at 12.30, searching for a hotel - highly not acceptable"

    "We booked 4 rooms, got our confirmation through booking.com as well as FabHotels. But when we reached there, we were shocked to be informed that there are only 2 rooms booked by my name (although there were 4 rooms for different people, and not by my name). However the amount to be paid was showing same as that for 4 rooms! After some phone calls made by the receptionist to Fabhotel, he went ahead for 4 rooms. One of these rooms was just above kitchen and was very noisy indeed. We were told that since you have used booking.com, they face some or the other problem with booking.com every time. I hope you guys sort this issue very soon. They were even discussing about completely disengaging with booking.com in future as they don't get accurate room/guest details. The location is good. It is not really far from the railway station, and very easy to get local autos through apps, etc."

    "The mattress in the room was not exactly a mattress but a kind of foam with no sturdiness. I did manage to hit the surface underneath the mattress a couple times. I'm not happy with the toiletries provided either. There was no shower gel. Shockingly there were two used soaps lying in the soap tray possibly from previous guests! The WiFi would just not connect. I got the password in an SMS which I confirmed with the hotel reception, but it just wouldn't work. I did bring it to the hotel's notice, apparently to no avail. I had an early flight and they could provide me with a sandwich before their complementary breakfast timings."

    "Stayed at this property Feb 2020 1- Hotel is right in the heart of city , in the posh locality of kanchan bagh..2- Reception is ok , lift is old fashioned .3- Rooms are big , Bathroom wasn't that great.. window glasses were broken .4- Did not use the wifi , doubt if there was wifi in the hotel .5- Linen was very bad , towels were clean6 - Hot water is available , apparently their is a hot water storage tank at the terrace , so obviously no geysers in the bathroom .7- Staff was very polite and helpful8- They have a sweet shop and restaurant at the ground floor .. dint try either of those"

    "House keeping was very very careless. Repeated reminders fell on deaf ears. Hot water in bathroom was a big challenge for all 3 days in all 3 rooms 202,204 &206. Toiletries in wash room was very poor and limited. Complimentary mineral water bottle is 1 per room for a complete stay duration ie weather it is single or double or triple and weather you are staying for 1 night or 3 nights, you get only 1 bottle. For 206 we did not get that also. Every day only 1 towel would be kept for double occupancy and getting second towel was a Herculean task. All in all diss satisfied."

    "Wash basin was clogged and toilet was dirty. Health faucet was missing. Bed sheets were used one with few hairs on bed. Dining table was not clean and even tv room had only one battery instead of two. I had requested for Hot water while check in at 8:15pm that I need to leave early hence plz make sure hot water will be available at 5am but surprisingly front desk was not aware of any such request hence I had to wait for half an hour to get warm water. Thanks to that fellow who understood and arranged it on priority upon my request."

I had booked for two rooms for two nights through booking.com and on the day of checkin i am told its only 1 room for 2 nights. the worst booking service and terrible behaviour from hotel to treat aged people and a child of 7 years at their behest. I am truly disappointed and angry by the way this hotel has treated me and my family! I have all the proof for all the hotel bookings with email and screenshots. Terrible. Just terrible experience!"

    "Dirty sheets, some parts (like elevator or bathroom) need renovation, walls are paper thin so you get a lot of noise from the corridor and the street. The window in the bathroom does not close, which lets in the cold. Breakfast starts very late, at 08.30. I have sent several emails about arranging an airport transfer, but they did not reply. Relatively good value to quality ratio, excellent location near a mall and the night street food market. Clean enough, good hearted staff."

    "What was good : The location is great. Nice and friendly hotel staff. Clean rooms, prompt service. Its a good place for family stay. The place seems safe for women travelling alone. What was bad : The breakfast did not meet the expectation in terms of variety and quantity. There wasn't much to eat, the food was cold and indifferent attitude of staff made the experience worse. Also the in room toiletries can be improved."

    "I have already submitted one round of comments. I missed out on the opinion regarding the breakfast. The buffet spread just ends as soon as it starts. The iddlis were really hard to manage. The breakfast has to be consumed holding the plate in one hand. What a horrible way to start the day."

    "The Tap and the area were not clean and broken. The shower did not had a proper flow. The toilet seat pan was broken. There was no toilet hand shower. No moisturizer No slippers. It's cold and the floor was unbearable cold to walk. Staff were excellent and helpful."
