"It's not worth spending amount in this hotel. Service is not good as well. Service charges for any item is way high. Tea is work Rs 50+GST and glass of milk worth 75+GST. I won't suggest this property to anyone."

"The hotel and staff was good but i wanna share my thoughts about the Fab hotel customer executives, as these ppl are very pathetic. I have to change the hotel and executives held my check in for almost 3 hrs, they made me roam around 3 KMs in rains and selected wrong hotel. They were not stopped on this, the price of the hotel has been increased 400 rs more than the actual price of the room at hotel ( u can choose hotel directly offfline without reaching the fab website). They made me to call more than 30 times in the mean time to get my room. In short the customer support team is awful."

"The rooms are great in facilities but lacks maintenance. There was dust settled on almost everything in the room and the room wasn't cleaned while checking-in. These issues were rectified eventually over the period of stay, but coming to a room that needs cleaning after a long journey is a pain. Edit after response from owner: Check-in time is 12 noon. I checked in at 1:45 pm, well after the check-in time. I am pretty sure 1 hour 45 minutes was more than enough time for cleaning. I also left the room immediately after asking it to be cleaned. I only returned after 10 pm and the room was still not cleaned. Please do not give excuses when I gave you more than 10 hours to do your duty."

"Very bad experience , rooms were not good , super small and not neat . Bathroom has a open exhaust window were rats can come and go. ... I told them to close it with any cardboard or something but they said not possible .... Pillow condition are pathetic . I paid for two days but checked out in one day only ."

"What is shown in pics are totally different and far far away from reality on arrival we found cocoroches and insects on the bed toilet was very dirty asked for insects spray an empty bottle was given horrible experience, wake up in the morning to found insects crawling on the bed never had such horrible experience."

"Worst hotel and service ever. The flush wasn't working in any of the rooms. We had arrived a bit earlier for one room and for early check-in they charged us the whole day's price. And they even charged us for complimentary water that too above MRP. There wasn't normal tap/RO water available. All in all even by mistake don't book a room in this hotel."

"It’s a new property and maintained quite cleanly. Staff is cooperative and amenities are good for the price they charge. There is some basic issue with the mattresses provided on bed, it’s really uncomfortable. I had issue with AC functioning in one of the 2 rooms, it took some time but the staff made all effort and handled quiet patiently and calmly. Overall a good stay considering the price point"

"Rooms are good, clean and well maintained. Food is also very good. Only drawback is location and parking. Ample parking is available but it's not closed or covered. As of now area is developing and it's not very close to market. We stayed overnight with family. Staff is very helpful and generous."

"Worst hotel ever!!!! Please never think about going into this hotel, ur gonna regret so much Following are the reasons behind my review. 1. Small room, the room showed in the picture was small, the bedsheets were dirty unwashed, unhygieneic, the washroom was small room and there were no dustbins in room and washroom, washroom was stinky so we requested to change the room. In there monologue they mentioned 1 room for 2 and 1 child (under 18) was for 1700 but they asked for extra charges for the mattress for the child. And the 2nd room was comparatively bigger than privious one and we didn't need any metress. But still they charged us for that . 3. The staff was very untrained and aggressive they refused to give us the and asked us to pay for the mattress charge. When we asked to cancel our booking and refund us our booking amount they said it's non refundable. So unfortunately we had to stay there. 4. The manager was so rude with us he fought with us and asked to leave until we pay for mattress extra amount. He said it's not even the check in time we have to pay extra for that (we clearly mentioned our check in time while booking into the hotel and there were nothing mentioned regarding the check in and check out timings). 5. The staff members were so dumb so untrained soo agressive they said we have to pay extra charges for the breakfast infact the breakfast was included in the booking the female staff rudely asked to pay the amount. When we were ordering food for breakfast she didn't mentioned anything regarding the charges. And at the time of billing she said that only 1 alu ka pratha is complementary we have to pay for other things we are ( 2 prathe, 2 chai)."

"Hi...Myself manish came from Delhi for business purpose and stayed in hotel Bee Town in room no 120 . On the first day I received a warm welcome by front office staff in a professional manner.tjey offered me a welcome drink and checked in me within a few minutes without any delay especially Mr. Abhishek ( Front Office Manager) assisted me in a excellent way to enjoy my stay at the hotel.I stayed there for 2 days.Food quality was just amazingly perfect and the service mind blowing ,service staff was also professional. Thanks a lot to Hotel Bee Town and Mr. Abhishek to make my stay memorable.Next time when I will visit MP definitely will choose this hotel only where hospitality counts."

Indians believe that where they go to opt any of the FabHotels they would be able find it 'The Best'; unfortunately felt very awkward when it comes to insulting guest and its colleagues (whose responsibility was to ensure safe stay of a Female Senior), instructing an attendant to bring back him immediately; whatelse can be more insulting for a female!! For such indulgent(s), couples friendly hotels are open across India... purpose of choosing Fabhotels wasn't to get insulted and to feel humiliated! Worst Experience of Stay in FabHotels, being a frequent traveller :("

"What was good : The staff is very courteous and warm. Location of the hotel is very convenient for people travelling by road. Saves you from entering the city traffic. Thr breakfast is not a very large spread but it is DELICIOUS. in fact the breakfast prompted us to have dinner as well. What was bad : Towels are threadbare and torn. Should be replaced. Even tea/coffee not available before 7.00 am and no kettle or condiments provided in the room. Guests looking at an early start should take note."

"What was good : The charges are quite reasonable What was bad : The staff is very rude and uncooperative. Although I made the booking for 3 persons and I showed the proof of booking in my mobile. But still they charged me extra for the third person, saying they have recieved the confirmation for 2 persons only. Also in breakfast they serve only one item. If you ask something other than that, they charge you unexpected for that."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."
