"Hotel is very far away from main road.. i had to walk on foot more than 1 km from main road to reach the hotel...They were asking 30 R.s for 1 liter bislery water bottle. Actually it is a marriage hall, so don't expect too much. They demanded 200 for breakfast buffet which includes only puri, sabzi and papaya, bread. Completly worthless after paying R.s 1700 for room."

"1 no direct phone Communication available 2 most of gates are closed from main road no one guide how to reach hotel 3 poor Communication from hotel staff 4 outside ranchi people is not reach safely if they don't which gate is open in night 5 direct hotel number is not given during booking and fab customer service is so poor they can't fatch my details after checked in 6 worst experience ever in fab hotel stay"

"What was good-PROPERTY CLOSE TO THE RAILWAY STATION. STAFF ARE GOOD. QUICK CHECK-IN BUT FIRSTLY THEY WERE NOT SURE ABOUT THE BOOKING RATE PROVIDED BY BOOKING.COM AS IT IS UNDER CHARGED FROM THERE POINT OF VIEW BUT THEY DIDNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT AFTERWARDS. HAD A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH WATER IN BATHROOM THE NEXT DAY IN THE MORNING AS THERE IS NO SUPPLY OF WATER FOR AROUND 3 HRS. FOOD PROVIDED IS QUICK AND TASTY. ROOM HAVE A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH LIGHTING..........ITS A DIM LIGHT ROOM. OTHERWISE A FINE STAY. What was bad- NO FRONT DOOR AND THE ENTRANCE IS HIDE AWAY AND HAVE TO SOLVE A PUZZLE TO FIND THE RECEPTION IN THE MORNING AS THERE IS NOONE FOR HELP AND THE LIFT WERE CLOSED AT 7AM."

"Hotel doesn't give prior information for charges at the hotel. It is very bad that security doesn't check who is coming inside and who is going out. Worst management of the hotel. Breakfast combo is very bad from the 2nd day of the stay. Cannot Provide quality assured services. hotel loots some more money for extra person without providing any other room. Very bad service ever rendered. First and last time with fab hotels. Extra looting form the customer who has booked from online."

"Early check in was provided only on the condition of early check out and no breakfast on the day of check out. New paper and room freshner was not provided even after asking it from reception twice. After my order of tea i was deliberately compeled to spare it because the room service asked to give back the tea pot and cups thrice. The male receptionist in particular is a unhospitable person. Soo over all its a hotel of scarcities inspite of abundant tarrifs."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"The worst hotel i ever stayed in. The receptionist neither have any manner nor any knowledge about housekeeping. The lock of my room was broken , all the bedsheets , blankets, pillow covers were dirty and after complaining they didn’t even listen to our problem. A very old hotel with no knowledge regarding hotels and house keeping. Very bad experience."

"I stayed for 2 days. Room was small yet okay for 1 person. Room and washroom were clean. Gyser was working fine. Food was good. Tata sky was not recharged. AC was working fine but AC flap was noisey. It is located inside residential area so either you need to walk 1 km or book a ride everytime you wish to go out. Hotel Price was affordable. Over all good and quite stay."

"When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing."
