3 GoodValue for money. property has potential, if managed better. currently run by 3 local guys who also do the cleaning, room service, etc. etc. overall the property is fairly clean. rooms do stink of smoke.they also seem to rent rooms by the hour, which is not nice considering we were a family with young kids staying there. location is a little dusty & run down with construction material lying outside the property. location worked well for us though as we were looking for a place close to daly college. after the initial disappointing hickups, it was a good stay overall once we had the rooms cleaned and bed sheets changed in front of us.thankfully the staff cooperated, otherwise we would've cancelled our stay. considering the extremely reasonable charges, it was a great value for money experience & we would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal.Ashok Mittal, 27 Oct

1 AverageYou may experience discrimination. i witnessed it. it was pathetic. people sue for such a treatment and win. i will never return. this is not one of them. too much hype for nothing. i don’t understand how they were having high rating. staff was rude. flies everywhere. waiters messed up our order and the one of people next table to us. the worse dining experience ever. from start to finish not good. a long wait for food. one starter was not cooked properly and was sent back only to arrive back after one main course was served. then a dessert was put on the table while the starter was being eaten. amazing how bad this place really was.Yogesh Pawar, 17 Aug

4.3 Very GoodThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Sadab Urf Golu, 12 Mar

5 FabulousExcellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.Birjesh, 7 Jan
