Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the Heart of Indore ,extremely clean & comfortable and nearby locations to visit in Indore. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! .excellent hospitality. Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

Hotel is newish so the rooms look good. However, some rooms have windows leading to the toilet pipes outlet, so can't open them, so no ventilation in such rooms. Also, they have no noise insulation between rooms, so can hear any loud sounds very clearly in neighbouring rooms. Staff is indisciplined and not prompt at all. They need to wear uniform. One of the employees uses the sofa in the lounge clearly meant for customers. Linen is not clean and had to ask for it to be changed as found hair and dirt on multiple places on them. I wonder what will happen to the place if it runs like this for one more year. I guess it's ok for people on a budget who don't really care about anything good.

I never book any groups of fab hotel. I booked deluxe rooms but they have given worst condition room. No hot water. No cleanliness of room. Bad smell in the room.
