"The stay was horrible. Please don’t stay at this hotel . I had seen good reviews and had booked but my experience was really bad! 1) location is bad . I couldn’t even find it as it’s behind shops . The road to the stay is narrow and not even cab drivers were able to find it. 2)) service is horrible. the hotel staff was not looking at guest but busy with fire crackers. It took 45mins for staff to give basic towels in my 2 rooms , that too at 10pm after I had checked in at 12pm. 3) there was cockroaches every where, inside room and inside bathrooms. The buckets in bathroom was stinking . I couldn’t use the towels as the fibre was coming on my skin 4) I had paid for breakfast while Online booking but until 9.00am nothing was available. With my parents , we had to go to a nearby restaurant and had to pay extra for auto and breakfast when I asked the staff , their answer was that it will take 30mins . 5) hospitality is at its worst here . Only thing there were worried about was money . The staff wasn’t courteous at all . They all were busy with phone . Asking anything to them was falling on deaf ears. I had to wait for almost 45mins to get ac working in my room , that too at 10pm in the night . Funny thing is the staff didn’t have remotes for ac and so we were at the mercy of the temperature son the ac if it was set to 22degc, you would Be lucky . If it was 26degc, then might as well manage with fan. It looks Like the good reviews were all Paid .when u reach the reception, it seems like from a hotel were police raids consistently happens. What else can I say other than staying in fab Maruthi residency Hyderabad was one of the worst stays I ever had in my life."

"Most third class hotel i have ever visit. Don't stay in this hotel with family. They enter in our room without our permission in our absence. While shifting room their service boy stole our shoes. When we not found the same in our room we asked the manager of this hotel to see the CCTV camera but they denied and started to giving various excuse on different time. They are all engaged in this business. Never kept any valuable things in the room of this hotel in your absence."

"I booked this hotel using Fab hotel website by checking the reviews in the google. After reaching the hotel, one of the person who is checking out from this hotel told me to look at the rooms before confirming the hotel room and he showed some room pictures also. When I checked the hotel rooms they are really really bad with no proper cleaning and even they don’t have the split AC in the rooms. They have window AC and there also the cement is completely came out. There is only one Split AC which is also not working at all. The worst thing is the Hotel name that they have mentioned in the website is Maruthi Residency. But when I reached there it is having the Name as Maruthi convention hall which confused me and after few minutes some people told me that it is the same hotel. The photos that are there in the google website is morphed and those are not real at all. I immediately cancelled my booking first and later complained to Fab hotel team and they helped to book another hotel. At least I got good support from Fab hotels customer care people. I won’t recommend this hotel at all in Hyderabad for Families."

"I booked this hotel based on its glowing reviews, but I quickly realized they were far from accurate. My experience was deeply disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others. 1. Fake Reviews: The most shocking part of my stay was when we were checking out the staff attempted to write a positive review from my phone without my permission. This made me realize the good reviews are likely fabricated, which is incredibly dishonest. 2. Poor Location: The hotel is extremely difficult to find, hidden away with little to no signage. I spent a lot of time trying to locate it, which was frustrating after a long journey. 3. Lack of Basic Amenities: Despite being a basic necessity, the hotel did not provide bottled water, leaving us to find a store late at night. 4. Dirty and Smelly Bathrooms: The bathrooms were in terrible condition—dirty, smelly, and clearly not cleaned properly. It was unhygienic and uncomfortable. 5. Misleading Room Pictures: The bed size shown in the pictures is very misleading. In reality, the bed was much smaller and not suitable for a comfortable night's sleep. In summary, this hotel is not worth your time or money. The deceptive reviews, poor location, lack of basic amenities, dirty facilities, and misleading room descriptions make for a thoroughly disappointing experience. I strongly advise looking elsewhere."

"Hi This was with respect to my stay in fab hotel DeccanHeritage as per this booking. I am raising this post my stay on because I had my sister staying with me and did not want to put her in bother in complaining at a place where I myself did not feel secure. Firstly while doing my booking itself I had asked if this was a proper fab property or not and the reservation team had said a€˜yesa€™. Upon my arrival I saw nothing as per fan other than two phamplets placed on reception desk. The staff there also was not from fab and they where telling ita€™s hotel Deccan heritage. The rooms also was very unlike my previous fab experience, with stained toilet and old linens. There was no water bottles in my room and I was charged 40 for the two bottles when I asked for them. Also on the breakfast offered, my previous fab experience had buffet breakfast served in very nice restaurants. But this time what was offered was to order prior night between idli, dosa or Upma. I ordered soda which was served to me as a parcel which seemed to me as a parcel picked from any road side restaurant with no proper packing or plates to dine on. The tea served along was in flask and cups a decade older. On top of this, room boy over there with this pan chewed mouth looked as if one seen in local hotels and you also have cleaning staff who asked me for a€˜chai ka paisaa€™ doing nothing. Traveling along with my sister, I had refrained myself from booking cheap alternatives like oyo, just because I wanted to give her comfort and safety, with which my previous fab experience was truly fabulous. But this time, I felt cheated and is terrifically angered that this had happened even after me consulting the fab booking help before doing my reservation. I had thought thy fab can be my go to hotel in any city but this experience will surely think upon that and I would now prefer something else. Hope that you atleast address my concern. Thanks NIRMAL"

"Had to make a request everyday to reception to change Bed linen and clean the room which is supposed to be done automatically.Besides the travel desk in the hotel run by AK Travels was not upto the mark,they were quoting outrageous charges for cab services. On the first day had given them an advance of Rs 500 for ramoji film city which i could not visit due to sickness. They stated that either i could get a refund of Rs 300 or use the balance Rs 500 for drop at the airport at a high price of Rs 950 which i was forced to avail due to their non refunding of Rs 500/-.Somehow came back safe and sound to Bengaluru.The food plates for complimentary breakfast was not cleaned properly.We had to use swiggy for food delivery as quality vegetarian food was not readily available in the late evening after 7pm as the cafe used to shut down and room service was expensive. For Cloak room service paid Rs 100/- on 18th December and found to our shock that our articles were very much in the lobby until we came back. 24 hours checkin checkout would be recommended. We had asked for extension of room by a few hours till 4pm.We were told that rooms were not available when the reverse was the case.Should complement a few staff like the lady at the counter and the hotel boys who were very prompt in the service.Overall a mixed experience."

"1) Bathroom, it was not unclean, but badly maintained with many broken fittings 2) Not a single window in room 3) broken lift, I stayed at 4th floor, and last day found lifts outer door was dangerouly half open at ground floor, and lift itself was stationed at any other floor. attached a pic of broken lift 4) not all but some staff were not very helpful, when life was not working I sought help to bring down my luggage from 4th floor, but person at counter just ignored the request and I had to bring down luggage mysellf through stairs 5) If you ask any genric query about public transportation, instead of help, staff will point you to travel desk guy just sitting opposite to reception. I spoke to travel guy some time, needless to say, he tried to promote cab, even though place was reachable though metro and second charges were indded exorbitant.. 1) Location is Good, just few minutes walk from Lakdikapul Metro station, and couple of restaurants around the hotel 2) buffet dinner with limited indian menu, but that also not available in all indian hotel in this category."

"1. Only Room was large, the upholstery, bedsheets, rugs, were looking old, soiled and had a stink 2. The toilet stinks, there was a 'Centriped' in the commode 3. TV is cheap quality 4. Breakfast was awful, the sambar was spicy and poor taste, the milk had more than 60% of water, Upma was in oil, with excess salt, Tea is awful, plastic cups stink, steel plates are not dries, so on. 5. Hotel looks 20 year old, absolutely unkept, no maintenance of floors, Lift mal-functions, I had to use stairs on more than 3 occasions as the lift was stuck Only the reception staff is helpful, the taxi operator is extremely arrogant. Overall it was a bad experience, Please bury new linen, bed covers, bedsheets, rugs etc, change the 'Dhobi' use washing machines, Discontinue the subcontractor supplying breakfast, Change the light fixtures to new bright LED lamps, change broken floor, damaged furniture and door locks, etc. etc"

"The pictures posted for this property are the biggest lies on the face of this earth. The room was dark (not enough lighting) and dusty, like it has not been cleaned for months (I am talking about their most expensive suite).There were cockroaches in the room (and in the bed) - I developed an allergy! As you can imagine we changed the room to another room (executive room) only to find a dirty bathroom. I am not sure why they would even rent a room with a bathroom in that condition (see pic). This is when i realized that you would have to call a customer care (long waiting time when called) for any modification you might want/need to your booking. The hotel staff are merely sitting there with no responsibility or ability to do anything. Lastly, the staff were rude and we had to call them at least 3 times for things such as toilet paper, towels etc. For the price they charge, this property is not worth booking. Location"
