Very decent and well maintained hotel for business travelers and family alike. Rooms are well designed and obedient staff. It's proximity to Secunderabad Railway Station and East Metro Station. I recommend it 100%.

Room was not clean, there were lots of dirts on wall. Room was very small, there were bed bugs too. For the very first time in my life, I saw bed bugs, it was absolutely disgusting. It was not what shown in pictures on Fab Hotels booking page. Fab hotels, you guys should have some responsibilities.

The room had a lot of cockroaches that were crawling all over the bed , floor & cupboard. The room is not at all what it looks like in the pictures as the walls are not maintained properly. The bathroom doesnot have proper hangers & moss has gathered all over the wall & door

Worst Experience – Misleading Booking & No Refund I booked Lake View Hotel at Hussain Sagar for a higher price, expecting a good stay, but they shifted me to a low-quality hotel near the railway station without prior notice. The new hotel was much cheaper and lacked the promised facilities, yet they refused to refund the difference. On top of that, it was far from Hussain Sagar, forcing me to spend extra on travel just to explore the area. Highly disappointing and misleading service!
