As per hotel name luxury rooms but the rooms are not that luxury some rooms are ok we stayed in these hotel a week Complementary breakfast provide with limited quantitie and room service also we have to ask like cleaning rooms take break fast orders and also have ask water bottle unless they will not provide

Well I stayed in hotel double tree vanasthalipuram in sep 2024, I would say service is literally zero, bathrooms are not as clean as shown in photos, they didn’t even help in shifting the language during check in & check out, you got to be on your own, so plan your language accordingly, rooms are average for the price point,i paid 4400rs for 2nights. Lifts not working. Average stay option. Hope they improve the service and room conditions for the better convenience of the guests and make justice for the payment.

Worst experience ever , rooms are not thoroughly cleaned , the equipment provided in the room was faulty . Cleanliness and hygiene was poorly maintained, the only saving grace was the helpful staff, would not recommend anyone to book this establishment.

Worst place to visit never visit this place.its still under construction and not even we have a door lock
