Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Room service & cleanining wise they were quick and excellent...and a lot of smiling faces around us

Literally amazing, The bed is great, the bathroom is fantastic and the service and location are also wonderful. The food is so so great too . I originally booked 2 nights here but quickly upped my stay to 10 days!

Nice stay at fabhotel eminent suites and good staff and service specially Zaid the reception boy shabbir and all of them are very polite and kind staff I will suggest to visit this hotel if you will go to hyderabad

The room, staff, location, and cleanliness was excellent. The bathrooms were really nice.

Stayed in AC room. Blankets are not so clean, Washroom is bit Congested. Received expired tooth paste. No power back up. No regular room service. Location is the only good thing. Price is also bit high for the service and facilities they provide. Overall it's okay to stay for short duration.

Room was not clean, there were lots of dirts on wall. Room was very small, there were bed bugs too. For the very first time in my life, I saw bed bugs, it was absolutely disgusting. It was not what shown in pictures on Fab Hotels booking page. Fab hotels, you guys should have some responsibilities.
