"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Would have rated four star if not for few small cokroaches running on floor. Hope they address this problem quickly ( HIT gel applied at few corners will take care ) as it spoils the entire experience. Rooms are decent, reception response is quick, location is excellent and safe to travel with family or friends or solo. Few nice eateries around and one right in the ground floor which is good."

"Frequently I stay here but this time I can see their service has deteriorated to a great extent. Bathroom was not clean at all, neither the bed linen and the towels. I had to get them changed. In my 5 nights stay they didn’t come even for once to clean the room or didn’t even ask if we need to get it cleaned. The reception manager is not efficient enough to run the show I believe."

"There is a person called Mukesh here who tells that there is early check-in concept that we can't book from app and he will charge 600 rs for that. But that's kind of some backside commission work. He will take that money of room is there. If no room is available, then he will betray you even if you book early. So don't fall in that trap and book through the app only."

"Really well maintained rooms. Great value for money. Place looks exactly like in the pictures, neat and clean. It's not a 5 star place but for it is great for what it is. Only downside I felt was in the location as it can be confusing to find it in the night unless you are familiar with the area. Would recommend as a place to crash for the night!!"

"For the given rate, probably it is a good hotel. But still there are some issues. There were bed bugs. Blankets and pillows should have been changed. Metro station is at about 15 minutes walking distance. Since it is but inside from main road, interior roads are not good and quite surprisingly, there are no street lights. So better to reach hotel little early in evenings. Overall based on budget, one can go for this hotel."

"My experience in fab hotel at madhapur was terrible as I mentioned earlier to the reception staff that I was not feeling good i was on my periods still he forced me to pay 1300 extra for the stain, still I agreed to pay even after telling 1300 is to much for one two spot of stain and was not happy with the service other then room and food was good byt the staffs behaviour was not acceptable"

"Better call this as lodge not hotel Lift sensors are not working.. doors will hit you moat dangerous. No room cleaning service.. I stayed for 4 days on our request they have done once. Location is worst.. infront of gate drainage leakage.. road will always be with water flows.. This building is still under construction.. Nobody will stay in reception.. actually that's not a reception it's a table with no waiting chairs... Totally worst I don't know how Fab hotel choose this building"

"It was a wonderful experience overall, the staff and care takers are very supportive and helpful. They are very cooperative and generous. The room was in excellent condition and so was the washroom. You get facilities like food court and travel accomodations very easily and nearby. Mr. Akbar is the best man I've found there as he helped me so much carrying my luggage and even he brought me supplies. He is very well behaved and a kind man. Please choose JKC Grand if you're in Hyderabad for a few days you'll feel comfortable and you'll sleep like a baby there."

"Couples or solo girls. DO NOT GO HERE. Shady place it is. We booked the hotel through FabHotels app. It was a nightmare. Firstly it's an under construction building and the photos from Google are misleading. There's no reception at the building. nobody checked us in with our documents. The guy at the hotel said he will collect documents later. We asked for food or room service, nothing is available. They do not have tea coffee anything at all. We went to our room and slept off waking up to no electricity. The entire building was in darkness. Called the number given to us by fab hotels' and nobody responded. Tried searching for the guy who was at the building, the Entire building was empty. And then I noticed a half drank cold coffee, half drank water bottle in the lobby. Worse part There was Wood cutting KNIFE/CHAINSAW lying on the table. Scared, we got in touch with fab hotels' customer service and then with lot of pleading, they moved us to Pride Inn hotels which is nearby. Attaching photos for the proof."
